Comfortable and quiet room (in newer part of hotel?). Breakfast choice was excellent and good quality. Food in Brasserie 14 restaurant was very good, with excellent service Good bicycle store. Supportive of opportunity to opt out of room cleaning, for environmental reasons.

Hotel was very busy on Saturday night and Sunday morning (cycle tour group?) Staff struggled (and failed) to keep up with replenishment of breakfast items at busiest time. Pancake House next door (same owner) was not good, and very noisy with children running around.

Nice room with terrace with a view into the adjoining woods. It was very quiet and spacious. The bed was good and there was a small table with chairs, as well as a small desk. The hotel gives the nice option of getting a voucher for coffee and cake (appeltaart) when you decide to not have the sheets and towels changed daily. We used the option of renting a kettle to make tea, which was very welcome. Staff were helpful and kind. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice! We had a lovely vegetarian dinner as well and were glad to hear that the cook could provide more options if we were to stay longer.

Bathroom could be a bit bigger and it would have been nice to have a bath mat.

The property was very nice and in a good location to woods and main road. We had a free upgrade which was nice and also as we didn’t use house keeping we had complimentary snacks, which was nice. Great idea that you can hire bikes and places to cycle. Also the receptionist on our arrival was very friendly and polite and she was helpful with good English.

The only thing I did miss was having tea facilities, but you could pay to have them in your room. Also there was no toaster at breakfast and not to much choice. but we managed.

Delicious and very varied breakfast, for this score 10! The location is very beautiful, with a large garden and a nicely arranged terrace.

The BATHROOM is extremely small and furnished/used since the 1998s, the space is so small that when you take a shower, the whole hotel room is flooded with water 😂. Recommendation: renovate the bathrooms, and equip the windows with insect nets, because there are a lot of mosquitoes in the room.

All of the staff I interacted with were exceptionally friendly and helpful

The room was quite cold during the night when the heating went off. Luckily I was alone so I used the duvet from the second bed on top of my own. Without it, it would have been uncomfortably cold. Apart from that though, the facilities were great.

On arrival we noticed that our room was near the entrance and (on a warm evening with people sitting outside) not as quiet as we hoped for after a long journey. We asked the very kind receptionist lady for another room, which was no problem at all, but the upgrade was a little more expensive. That room was nice and quiet and had a little sitting area outside. The beds were nice and comfy and the room was spacious. Nice big printed picture on the wall. Sockets next to the beds! Good and easy WiFi. Good shower.

There was some noise from people walking in the corridor talking loudly, that's more about people's behaviour than about the hotel facilities. During the night the corridor doors were closed and it was quiet. Bedside lights were a bit bright but we just didn't use them. Bathroom was a little bit small, but very doable.

The hotel is in a nice location. It feels secluded, set amongst woodland, but is only a five minute walk from the town. Staff were very helpful when I checked-in well after midnight with a large trailer. The room was perfectly fine, very clean. There are some nice spaces outside with picnic benches etc, I sat in the sunshine and did some work before checking out.

The room felt a little cramped, partly because the ceiling is sloping. Not a major problem though.

From the welcome to the checkout there was not a single moment were I didn't feel "pampered" by the excellent service of the staff. Not very usual anymore in all hotels: the rooms are cleaned every day - even on Sundays. We needed some space for a VR demonstration and without hesitation got one of the conference rooms. The two weeks were an amazing experience. Thank you

the staffs were friendly and helpful. room was clean and sufficient, the only disadvantage was that after taking shower the entire floor of bathroom was totally wet, because the design. it would have been great to have one extra towel to clean the floor. It was a pity that I had to come there so late and leave early thus there was no time to walk around but I felt the environment around the hotel was very nice with lots of trees and birds.

As I wrote above, if there would be a proper "door" for the shower, the bathroom floor would not be entirely wet after taking shower.

Location, forest scenery, and the hotel itself look all very nice. Beds are comfortable. Staff is very friendly, food is very good. And the terrace rooms are wonderful!

: Better ventilation bathroom: room 152 was affected by the humid air from the shower and the paint was affected on the door. also the wood suffers from the humid air. The shower screen is too short and the whole bathroom gets wet. Also room 152 is not suitable for tall people because the roof is very low.
