Very nice place in the city center of Roermond. Everything is nearby, plenty of shops, restaurants and bars around. Also only 200 meters from Bus and Train station. Rooms are larger then I expected. The host was very friendly and provided us with many useful tips and places in the nearby area. Would recommend it for a visit to this area.

There was no airco in the room, but it did have a good fan. Although it did say it was an Bed & Breakfast, we didn't had any breakfast included. But there are many opportunities to eat nearby, so not a real issue.

The „Roermond Experience“ takes place in a quaint old (100+ yrs?) narrow town house in genuine Dutch style. Located between the station and city center it is within walking distance of… everything. The house seems lovingly maintained. Steep wooden stairs lead to the high-ceilinged rooms that offer comfy beds, sink, toilet, shower and even a washer dryer. The large mid-level balcony offers a view of the backyard sea of roofs. Very friendly family business. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I honestly cannot come up with anything I „did not like“ about our stay. I will say that the „experience“ was different than expected from the moment on that I stood at the front door and checked in via telephone. ;)

It was comfy and at a great location. Nice staff and free coffee was also a plus.

There wasn't a table in the room itself and the downstairs neighbours were too noisy, and it was too hot and the fan didn't have a socket that I could connect too.

Hello The woman who works in the hotel she respectful she even offered me a free coffee ,I had a good time at the hotel ,I recommend it to everyone and it is in the city center very close to the train station Best Regards ,

A wonderful story behind the establishment of the B&B made the stay even more memorable. Sylvia, Garret and Patrick were wonderful. Very comfortable bed and fabulous location.

Very warm welcome, fridge with drinks and coffee machine, uncomplicated check in. Breakfast possible in coffee bar directly opposite the entrance.

The stairway is very steep...makes it a little bit unconvenient for byciclists after a long trop and with heavy bags.

Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The property has and old-world charm to it in a great location.

Stairs a little difficult to negotiate with luggage but this did not spoil our stay.

The best location in the very centre, also very close to the central station. Good room design, chimney (electrical)- great! Value for money!

Bed sheets and towels were clean, while the floor and mat were not.
