Staff were fantastic and very friendly. They always offered help. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable, a foam mattress! The temperature in the room was good. We were here for a race at the talent park which made the location great.

There was no stove as advertised, I was told this after the cancellation date. They said it had been damaged by a previous occupant and I was in a different room. This was one of the reasons I booked the room and the location. The room could easily sleep 4 but I had to leave half my family at home because this very large room only had one double bed. Breakfast at the weekend was at 8:30 which is very late when you have a race and considering lots of people were here for the race they could have changed the times. Breakfast was ok.

The rooms are great, spacious! Beds are very comfy. The surroundings are very beautiful. Good value for money.

This is a fantastic hotel, almost looks like the outside of a cathedral. I think some of the floors are used by athletes. The rooms are spacious, neat, and clean. The hotel had ample parking spaces right in the front.

The car parking to the hotel reception had at least 20 steps that require climbing. I am not sure if any elevator is available, one needs to check beforehand if an elevator is needed.

Comfortable nice accommodations tucked in nature close to Maastricht, Roermond and other destinations; friendly and hospitable staff, nice on-site restaurant with nice breakfast and good food. Nice place to relax.

For a large accommodation, greater facilities could be contemplated: e.g., onsite fitness room.

The building is incredible, beautiful from the outside, especially now during festive season with all the lights and decorations. The room was big and cosy. The stuff was helpful and friendly. And the views are stunning. Despite the building being very close to the city I felt like being somewhere remote. I'd definitely go back there again, and probably will.

The place is beautiful surrounded by nice nature. It is a lovely old building. Highly recommend

If you arrive late the check in is very difficult. You have to call someone to get into the hotel because they don't have 24 hours reception. It took us 30 mins to get in waiting outside in the cold.

*Exceptional beautiful building and location. The hotel is currently finishing the impressive transformation/renovation project. Wonderful to see that the team of the developer(owner, architect) valued the many authentic parts. *Very warm, open, friendly, service oriented staff.

Our stay was great! It was my mother's birthday weekend, they put balloons for her in the room and gave us 2 drinks. In the other room they put up a bed for our 2-month-old baby, as requested. Everything was great and pleasant! Excellent breakfast!

New hotel, comfy beds, AMAZING RESTAURANT at the property, away from the city -> very quiet, many great trails around the area, 30 min walk from Sittard downtown, very friendly and accommodating staff

The hotel building is unique, such an historical building. The stuff was awesome and helpful. I definitely recommend the place if you to Sittard
