While the architecture is a bit dated, the beachfront location was wonderful. The balcony and large windows really highlighted the wall-to-wall ocean view.

There looks like there is 6 months of intrusive construction noise outside the hotel.

The location is great because you step out and you are already at the beach. We've got a room with sea view and enjoy a beautiful sunset. Very big room with a big bathroom and a balcony. The staff was very friendly. The sauna and swimming pool are included in the reservation which is very nice. The restaurant has a beautiful beach view and is nicely decorated.

The hotel in general needs renovations. In our room everything worked perfectly but you can see that the hotel is old. We couldn't find our way to the hotel very easy because there was a construction site next to the hotel so some streets were closed and we didn't find any signs, so we parked somewhere else and walked to the hotel. One elevator had the button 6 broken which was our floor so going up to our floor was a bit of an adventure.

Breakfast was very good. The location near the beach was ideal. We rented bikes from the hotel and rode to city center and along the beach. All that was very nice.

We mainly booked to use the pool but found out when we arrived that it was closed. Our parking was paid as a way of compensation so that was very nice. The fitness room was not that great. Also, I did get a message prior to checking in that they could accomodate my request for my 2 rooms to either be connected or on the same floor. When I arrived, that request was not fulfilled and we had rooms on different floors.

The hotel itself is located on a beautiful location which is right next to the North sea. Therefore you can enjoy the amazing view of the sea through your room's balcony if you order such a room of course. In my opinion the hotel can be named an economic one taking into the consoderation of how it looks from the inside. However, Our goal of this stay was to enjoy the fact that the sea is right next to Us and that We could admire it laying in Our bed and looking at it in the evening and greeting it with a cup of coffee at the balcony in the morning.

This is kinda a budget hotel. For that price you get a location directly at the beach. Restaurants, grocery shops, public transport stops are also there. I couldn't complain about our room either. Nice breakfast, kind staff, gym, swimming pool, parking. For me the hotels' main function is just a place to sleep at. For this price this one was far more than that. If you want luxury you are free to pay 3x the price of this one.

Maybe the hotel isn't that aesthetically pleasing especially from the outside. So what?

the highlight of the stay was a guy at the reception from a Moroccan decent (Abdel Noor or Abdel Raouf or Abdel Aziz... not sure of the name) who attended to all our needs, single handedly moved our rooms including our luggage and the extra bed, he came back later to give us cold water and 2 fans as we were disappointed that the rooms had no AC. he was sent to us any time we needed anything and he did it with a smile. kudos to him. I would hire him in my hotel in heart beat.

Cleanliness was a main issue. we took first a room where internet didn't work, they asked us to call their provider to an international line that never answered only to discover that this room always has internet issues as it's a corner room. we changed the room. both rooms were dirty. balcony never been cleaned in ages, mini fridge disgusting from food debris from previous guests. cabinets same thing, dirty with food debris, labels of cloths, hair. when housekeeping cleaned the room they didn't empty the trash bins even. when we called to reception, they sent is a trash bag to empty the bin ourselves!

Despite ongoing construction work nearby, the hotel was quiet, well-managed, and welcoming, with excellent facilities and a lovely outlook towards the sea. I'd opted for a room with balcony/sea view and was very pleased with that; the room itself was well-fitted and comfortable. Room service for the evening meal (they do have a restaurant too) was efficient and the food was good. A nice touch in the room was the provision of a high quality guide to the area with maps, photos, and an introduction to key locations and features. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Difficult to find fault - I suppose ideally I'd have preferred not to stay next to a building site, but it wasn't obtrusive and certainly didn't detract from the hotel itself.

1- The internal pool is only for adults more than 140 m. It is not suitable for kids. 2- The pool size is small and not convenient for many families 3- It would be great when the construction finish, however it did not distribute our accommodation

I like how nice and fancy everything was. It looked like the photos I saw online, hotel room was clean and nice. Would recommend going again.

I didn’t like how there was nothing about the pool not being available?! That was een big reason why I choose for the property. Also the sauna was very small place. We didn’t got a robe in the room while others had one. The toilet water didn’t look clean.

The staff are very responsive, helpful and friendly. The dog playing fenced area is very useful where you can take your dog and unleash him to run and play freely. The sea view is mesmerising:) also the location is very close to "coop" super market and the beach.

I cannot say that I didn't like something but I can say that it could be better if there was an airco (Air condition) in the room because the central fan is not working, but as soon as we called the front disk, they sent us a fan in a minute. Also the balcony door should have a hawk to keep it open; if you want to keep it open, you must use a chair, but we managed to tie it with a rope to keep it open :)
