The family room, consisting of two connected rooms was very good. Bathtub in the main room, shower in the second room. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. Ample parking next to the motel. The rooms have good sound insulation: although there is a highway next to it, you do not hear it.

The motel overlooks an industrial area and highway, but that was for a short stay not a major issue. The lockers for the swimming pool could not be locked. Swimming pool was ok, but looked better in the pictures. Sauna was not on.

Easy to find. Plenty of parking. Excellent room, quick online pre check in. Well specified, large room. Didn't have to wait long for lifts at any time. Excellent breakfast choice including cooked to order eggs and omelette.

We didn't realise that the pool was closed during the afternoon. It would have been nice to relax after the long journey.

We just wanted a little night away with a pool and van der volk was perfect for what we wanted.

Lobby Bar was understaffed. We had to ask 3 times for our drinks and tables were left for over an hour with dirty dishes. On approaching the counter to pay I could also see the inner counter were covered in dirty dishes.

Very nicely arranged for Christmas, very nice staff, very close to the highway. Delicious breakfast! Very comfortable beds, spacious and clean bathroom.

Unfortunately, breakfast starts at 8 o'clock, which made us unable to take advantage of it and the next day, we said to stay and we were late where we were going. The heat in the room was weak, and it was a bit cold, and the pool was also cold and the water a bit cold.

Amazing breakfast!! All the comforts of home in our hotel room plus surprising little perks that were extras, such as the chocolates in our room and little bottles of wine. Beautiful uitzicht over the city at night

Breakfast great, service great and the hotel was very clean and stylish.

No water in the rooms - I wake up thirsty and like to have cold water. Also no iron etc in room. Not ideal if you are needing to iron a blouse for work. Had to call down and ask for one but it hadn’t arrived by the time I left for my meeting.

the rooms are huge, very clean, modern , decoration very stylish . Breakfast excellent with good coffee and FRESH orange juice!!! Restaurant is also excellent and you can enjoy a great meal there !

Everything. Rooftop bar with amazing views delicious cocktail and food. Management Nice, room very confortable , breakfast with exquisite pancakes and fresh pressed orange juice

Heating system in the room

Very friendly and helpful staff throughout our stay. Top class restaurant for evening meal, with very wide choice of dishes. Children friendly. Great value breakfast both cooked and continental. Children were given novelty cups. Free overnight parking.

Nothing as it is a top quality hotel

2nd Room was well equipped, clean (more on that in bad points....), breakfast selection has lots of variety, evening meal was great in the restaurant. Price paid was good.

1st Room was not made up, old linen, towels on floor etc. The staff were quick to apologise and arrange replacement roo, provided drinks voucher for small inconvenience, which was fine by me.
