Fantastic little hotel in a beautiful location, stayed only 1 night for a concert in town, wished we could have stayed longer as the surrounding parks look lovely. Everything at the hotel was first rate, the service staff especially were a joy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble for them, and they also spoke excellent english,so didnt need my trusty google translate. Communication prior tonour stay waa also first rate, In all honesty, I find it hard to think of anything they could have done better. Will be back here for sure, as a frequent traveller around Europe, this is now firmly saved to my favourites list.

Nothing, for my wife and I, it was faultless.

The restaurant house is quite charming but the hotel itself is nothing special, in a building next door. Nothing specially great nor bad, it is ok but a bit expensive for what it is. The staff is really friendly and the b-fast quite good. An almost totally 'digital' place since even the door key/card is electronic on your phone. The neighbourhood is fantastic if you like parks, jogging etc, and it was really quiet at night.

A bit too remote if you want to use public transport to the "center". Taxis are VERY scarce from 11 PM after the concert we went to, and we had to call and share with other people. This is not a place I will go back to for attending a concert at 013. ALso quite expensive for a simple 'almost Ibis type' room. The price and remote location are known in advance though so I cannot really complain.

Beautiful setting with immediate access to several walking trails. Comfortable rooms with full size bathtub, and in-room dining for when you’re exhausted and want to splurge after a long day.

Location is a bit far from the town center. An easy enough walk during the day (approximately 50 min.), but can be inconvenient at night if walking is your primary mode of transportation. The shortest route does include an unlit, wooded path.

The staff were all extremely pleasant and the room, outside my comment below, is very well equipped. Lovely wooded area behind the hotel is part of the property.

The room was extremely dusty when we checked in. In fact in all my years of hotels (and there have been lots) I have never seen a room so dusty. Having said that it was promptly cleaned and was looked after well from then on Also hotel is a little too close to the main road. A shame because it is a very good hotel. Only a problem when the windows are open. Consider growing a solid hedge to control noise level.

The park nearby is amazing! The restaurant is of very high level of food (almost Michelin). The place is calm and beautiful.

It's very digital place, but there were some technical problems. Digital key - it's not very comfortable with kids - they cannot go without parents to the room. There is only one restaurant and it was closed the day we have arrived. We have ordered the room with a bath tube, but there was only shower (instead we have received the terrace with a table - so we were satisfied).

For us the location worked out great because not only does Auberge du Bonheur border on a lovely little stretch of forest, but also it is very close to Tilburg University. I would say it is an excellent stay for parents visiting their kids enrolled there. Also, the hotel rents out bicycles so it was very easy to move around in Tilburg. To reach the center, it took about fifteen minutes.

The hotel is located on one of the main arteries in and out of the city. However, since it is located a little away from the road and some of the rooms are facing the woods, this downside proved to be minimal.

Beautiful hotel set in a lovely location close to woodland. We didn't spend much time at all at the hotel sadly as we had lots planned in the local area. Was about a 20 minute walk to local train station which was then 1 stop to the main city centre. You could walk into the city centre from the hotel which we did one day however this was around a 50 minute walk. Staff really friendly and were good enough to move our booking 3 times in total due to the pandemic as we were originally meant to visit in 2020. Would 100% stop here again.

the room was very nice and spacious with a nice opening on the garden. the staff was very nice and helpful. with the hotel there is a very good restaurant, a little expensive, that serves interesting dishes, very tasty.

the location is not very appropriate if you do not have car… I chose it for its proximity to the university and we had to walk with small suitcases in a road and through the forest (beautiful but better without suitcases).

The location was great, the room was clean and all equipment worked. The best for me was the bed and the pillow. It allowed me to sleep very well.

The breakfast was nice but the choices of bread and other options of for example omelet did not match the excellent quality of the hotel. I would say the same for the drinks, in particular the orange juice was not nice.

Beautiful leafy location, and wonderful attached restaurant. Much better than staying in Tilburg centre, but still very close. Very surprised at how much better the hotel was than the booking site suggested.

The flash 'keyless' entry is a bit of a pain.. small gripe - and the lovely staff sorted it in minutes.
