Nothing was too much trouble, I was travelling from the UK to a funeral in Weert, because of ferry times I would arrive in weert mid morning, the lovely lady messaged me to say they will let me have my room at 12 rather than 3pm so I could get settled in and change before my appointment. Had a very nice light lunch and a small Jupiter (Dutch Courage for the afternoons event. The parking is underneath has plenty of space. Breakfast was everything you could want again another lovely lady checked me out and explained how the carpark payment machine worked so I didn't have to worry

Nothing Perfect

The room was nice. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent, right across the train station. Check-in and check-out were pretty fast.

There were not many choices for breakfast. The room was not particularly clean especially spots like the light switch, they were very dusty. The little gap between the toilet seat was also very dirty. It's a shame because the hotel room was really nice.

The location of this hotel is directly across from the train station. The restaurant is amazing. The food service is outstanding. The staff is very professional.

Excellent location just opposite the train station. Cute little room, with a modern feel. Excellent, energetic and positive staff members. Adjoining restaurant had great food. Recommended

The standard room is small, so probably uncomfortable for longer stays.

Small, boutique hotel above a very nice restaurant with a home feel. My room was spacious with a walk in rain shower and bathtub. The hotel is super clean and looks like it was recently renovated with a modern finish. Location is fantastic, across the street from the train station and right in the town center. There are many shops, restaurants and cafe's within a 10 minutes walking radius. There is also a very affordable lower level parking space (6 Euros per night) within a few steps from the hotel entrance. Breakfast is simple but delicious and well served. The best feature of this hotel is the staff. You can't ask for nicer people to help and serve you. Ellen and Gilbert stood out to me as super amazing. They are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay a pleasant one.

Due to the severe COVID restrictions, the restaurant was restricted in its working hours. They have to close by 5pm which was unfortunate because I very much wanted to have a late dinner there once.

Nice hotel, excellent located across railwaystation and public parking aroundvthe corner. Very guest friendly staff. Value for money!

Excellent and helpful staff, really good location, clean rooms, comfy big beds, great breakfast. Recommend for a Leisurely stay.

Internet connectivity was a bit erratic. Using for browsing was fine. But phone calls using VOIP got disconnected so stopped making phone calls.

Location is really nice! right from the window you see the train station which can bring you to big city’s like Eindhoven or Maastricht. Friendly personal, good breakfast which is included in the price!

Smelly Hallway, maybe the ventilation from the kitchen gets there! But the rooms were clean and tidy!

Everything was great. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Weert. Clean, comfortable and convenient as it's across from the train station.

The location is perfect with immediate access to the city's central mall. Everything we wanted was right on our doorstep.

The lift only worked spasmodically.
