Central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room were nice and cozy. They tried to keep the decorations of the room and hotel in line with the old monastery. We had dinner at the restaurant and it was excellent. Also the breakfast was amazing with a 3 course menu.

The room had only single glass so it was a bit chilly at first but when we put the heating on maximum it was fine. There was no parking at the hotel. you had to park at the station (close by ~5 min walking). A little minus point of the breakfast was when they forgot to serve us for the last course, but eventually we received it.

One of the best appointed hotels we have stayed in. Everything very well thought out and it felt luxurious.

Whilst the breakfast was well presented, it didn't really constitute a breakfast for us and was a little too "Heston Blumenthal" for our liking. As I say well presented but not to our taste

Dinner was a very pleasurable experience. The service was outstanding and each course was presented in a professional and informative way. Clearly the chef worked hard to create dishes that were unique and offered a variety of flavor profiles. The wine list was excellent. Our room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a restful atmosphere. Clearly a great deal of attention was paid to using quality materials and providing all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We were pleased to see that we were able to store our bicycles safely.

We had high expectations for breakfast but were left feeling a bit dissatisfied. It was difficult to see how the individual dishes related to one another. Initially we had the impression it would be a Japanese breakfast!

Location and decoration. Perfect get away for a couple.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge. Would be good if the hotel reserved a couple of nearby parking spaces.

The room was perfect: toilet and bathroom really nice and clean, incredibly confortable bed, huge TV and amazing decorations. If you stay you have to at least try one of the meals. We did the 4-plate dinner and the breakfast and they were superb. We will definetly come again!

The staff is very welcoming and ready to help you in any way they can. They make you feel welcome in a relaxed atmosphere. The beds are great and during the night it is extremely quiet. The provisions around Covid were handled very well.

The breakfast is special. I would have liked to see some variation from one day to the next.
