The whole staff was great, from the beginning. Front desk’s attendants were extremely friendly and helpful. Ramon in the bar was exceptional making sure we felt at home from the moment we arrived, with a welcome cocktail, until the moment we checked out. Definitely recommend.

Since it’s in a central location, you can hear noise/music in some rooms but nothing extreme. No private covered parking as stated on the website. Although you park on the street, there’s always people watching out for your vehicle, including their our security guard after dark.

The fresh fruits and the coffee at breakfast were excellent and the breakfast itself not far behind. Possibly the best location in Granada, the most Central, so much so that other party members staying elsewhere always met up at the Dario.

The night staff could’ve been somewhat more attentive in letting us into the hotel!

We stayed here 3 nights while exploring Granada and got in really late the first night and were greeted by security. We stayed on the courtyard side per previous reviews that street side is noisy and it was great. Shower wasn’t the best but room was just fine for what we needed. We were able to walk from there to explore. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I loved the colonial style and the ambiance. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect. The breakfast waiter gave an excellent service, very different from our waiter the evening before. The breakfast waiter was very attentive and is a credit to the hotel. We really had a fabulous stay here and we will return.

The only fault was the service in the restaurant. We decided to dine there for our evening meal but the waiter was disorganized and unfortunately we had to ask for our drinks several times. The quality of the entree was also slightly disappointing. Apart from this everything else was wonderful.

I am used to loud noises and I don't have any problems with sleeping but these night was extreme.... There is absolutely no possibility that you will sleep in a room with the balcony on the side of main street. There is NO sound protection and there is night club just beneath which works until 4 am and thats when we could finally sleep ... there is NO CHANCE that anyone could fall sleep there. The hotel is very beautiful and I would recommend staying there, because of its location, design and friendly staff, but not in a room with balcony...

The waitress who attended us was super nice. He would accommodate anything to complete our request. Yes, we are a bit picky but gratefully😂. The waiter is Ramon, a gentlemen in about age of 45-55. He definitely makes a difference in this hotel. My names is James and I stayed there with my girlfriend Marisella from Jan 26th -Jan 28. We don't really write reviews most of the time, but this is a very much deserved one. Thanks again, Ramon!!!

The location and the building itself is great, nice colonial house with huge courtyard and plants. Service was good!

The shower head was filthy, it mossy and gross. So much so that I didn’t want to wash my face with the water coming out of it. We found a small scorpion in the room and had to take it out.

The hotel is stunning inside and the staff are excellent. The lady on reception was absolutely fantastic at her job. Location is perfect!

The room we had was a little tired as was the pool area. This was minor though.

The breakfast is excellent, the flavors tasted fresh, and the service was impeccable.

I think the walls in the rooms could be touched up a tad so the room looks more refreshed, but it's a historic building so I understand that it looks worn. It's still a gorgeous historical building.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, good WiFi and lovely courtyard gardens.

We chose a nicer room at the front without realising this faces Granada's party street. Great if you want to stay up very late to the sound of loud music, however we had to move to the back of the hotel into an older, but quiet room.
