the place, the location, the people, and that everything is really close to the hotel

the bad was not that good, shower was liking and what I really don’t like is that people try to scam you. transportation is really cheap but because you are a tourist they charge you more, almost double. for example, I contacted transportation and I was like 2,900 km from the hotel they said it’s $3, even at the hotel they advertised $1 per km. The taxi arrived and when to pay with a $5 dollar bill and they didn’t give me the change. I told the lady they told me $3, she didn’t believe me and made me to show her the messages. So, that’s what I don’t like. I know they need the money and I can give those $2 as a tip but is mire about being honest with prices. I bet they will get more if they do what’s right

Everything is excellent. The stay was great, the workers are extremely helpful especially Lopez was an amazing help for us at the hotel. I am grateful and will be back 100%

location . restaurants swimming pool. everything convenient. easy to find. close to the main road..

no shampoo in the bathroom or body wash. containers were broken. .

The staff was the best I had ever seen. They were so friendly and very accommodating with every request we made. They went over and above to help us in every way. The hotel is a little older, but still very nice. Had a very fair price. We enjoyed the pool. If I am in this area again, I will stay here.

Has airport transportation available, hot water, a/c and breakfast. Property was very clean in appearance and room felt safe at night time.

Just wish there were more options nearby, within walking since, for restaurants.

I loved it here!! Great pool, great bar/snacks cafè, good music, great rooms, comfortable beds, good cold air con, TV with satellite channels, beds made every day, good staff, kept clean, nice and quiet and a 2 minute walk to the main road. Oh, and breakfast included.

Check in took a long time. Lots of faffing about with bits of paper, more bits of paper, sign this, staple that to another bit of paper,. When I arrived they actually needed to see the email with my booking on, and I actually had to show them on my phone. Bit weird. Surely they should have my reservation in their system?
