I liked the breakfast, the serenity of the place, the wifi, the complementary 2 bottles of water. I think it is good value for money. I have been at other Residency hotels in Abuja but I think I might like this one the most.

The free Wi-Fi is restricted to only one device. It should be at least two, so that a person who has a phone and laptop can access internet on both devices.

I enjoyed my stay at this Hotel - I stayed 2 nights The complimentary breakfast was good and was always served on time. They have virtually 24hrs electricity - throughout my 2 nights stay, the light was out not more than 5mins cumulatively. The location is serene. TV channels selection: fair - 10 different channels to suit a varied audience. The facilities in my room were in good working condition; AC, Fridge, bathroom facilities. etc. I hope they maintain this standards. Good value for the money paid - This is a place I can genuinely stay at the next time I'm in Abuja.

The front desk lady wanted to charge a price higher than the cost on my booking reservation - thankfully the Manager was around to give her the necessary information on my reservation. (seems there was a price change since the time I made my reservation) No balcony view as I was lodged on the ground floor (not a big deal but...)

Clean place. Nice staff, especially the Manager and Echeng, both of whom deserve awards.

The swipe key to the door doesn’t work and wasn’t fixed until I left the place. A guest has to always return to the front desk to ask for the door to be manually opened before you enter the room. The towels are worn out and need to be replaced.

The staff were amazing. They were very responsive and nice. It made my time there memorable. The food was really good too. It was good. The neatness and cleanliness was commendable. In all, I totally enjoyed my stay there.

In my room, there was a small issue with the shower knob. They came quite fast to provide a temporary solution which worked well till I left.

2nd time coming here.this is going to be my official Abuja hotel lol.i will definitely come back again

Everything was perfect

The ambience, cleanliness, friendliness of the staff, the room structure

The cupboards didn't have more shelves and the table in the room didn't have a drawer. I didn't like the bathing soap.

Roomy and spacious. The bed was comfortable and all room amenities value for money. Will definitely stay here again.

Staircase and using the stairs (Healthy but a lift would have been better). Stay on the lower floors if not able to use the stairs.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that there weren’t fridges in our rooms

To be honest I can’t think of anything but maybe the prices of the food could come down a little.

Breakfast was nice and timely and the room was smug and homely.

Poor network but the wifi came in handy.
