Loved it here. Forgot my purse when I checked out and I placed a call across immediately I discovered . Got a hold of them and I was informed that my purse was intact. Excellent service I must say. Honest and genuine staff. Highly recommend!!!!

It's appears there is a disconnect between booking on line and booking at the front desk. My booking via booking.com could not easily be tracked by the front desk folks

I liked the bed my sleep was nice. The shower was ok the sink was ok the restroom had no door however.

The workers tried their best but there are not enough workers also the intelligence level of some of the staff is not high so it’s frustrating. I also had to change my room for my own personal reasons but the second building doesn’t look clean in the hallways, the walk to the room in the second building is not clean or well lit. It appeared that people around me In reception also had issues with their room some one complaining of water supply issues. Enugu town in that immediate area in general not very appealing or exciting in my opinion as I am coming from anambra but there are a lot of clubs near by. We had a car so I am not sure how transport in the area is without a car as I did not see bikes. The hotel bars here ant the hotel are cute. I’d imagine if they held something fun like karaoke or something it would be nice for the guests Provided the service isn’t POOR. I didn’t try the gym but it looks decent. The views from my room were not great. With they could work on that some how. But my actual room was clean and well lit and modern looking which I appreciated. Their hallways need more lighting especially at the mirrors. Me and my freind couldn’t take nice pictures due to the poor lighting. Lastly Management could do a little bit better. I waited close to 1hr and 15 min in their restaurant. I eventually had enough of asking where my food was which was (a club sandwich and fries. I left the restaurant and went back to my room to checkout LATE due to them taking so long on my food. As I’m leaving they are chasing me down to pay for my meal. Its 2hours after I ordered and they JUST finished making it. The least they could have done is given the meal for free for my wait/trouble or what i offered of half the price but They stood on their price of 5000 naira.

the property is in an excellent location and had really good water pressure.

but the room I stayed in had some worn out floor boards and peeling wallpapers.
