This hotel is in a really great location, right at the harbour in Bodo. We had a corner room with great views from 2 large windows. Very good breakfast. Lovely decor and ambiance.

Some reception staff could be more friendly. We love to be able to open room windows for fresh air but this was not possible.

Paid extra for a sea view room, which was well worth it. All the staff were friendly and helpfull. The resaurant was excellent, friendly staff and wonderfull food.

Lack of information in the room (neither a folder nor information on the TV, that we could find) about the hotel, restaurant or "what to do in Bodo".

Extremely flabbergasting views both from the room and especially in the skybar restaurant. Sitting in bed watching the boats and ships arrive and leave the fjord/harbor is very soothing experience. You wont want to leave.

Amazing food, but servers where not too knowledgeable about the food and the bar did not have top shelf wine nor spirits. When you pay top price for the food thats a no no in my book. I reserved a table in the reception. I should have talked to the restaurant personally instead. Paying for a superior room, or two in my case, you expect to be put at the best table, not the worst. Soon as one opened up we were moved promptly though. These are small things that matter little to dampen the total experience. Which was perfect.

Nice hotel in a good location, near the sea. The breakfast was ok, also nice to have ice-coffee in the morning :) The room was good and TV had even one finnish channel :) There was some trouble with the shower, but it was fixed quickly when we asked to fix it.

The view would be great if the windows were clean….breakfast was adequate.

The bathrooms need switches, motion detectors are not an appropriate technology for a hotel bathroom. On site restaurant offers a limited menu and small portions and no side dish to speak off.

It is beside the harbour and the seaside view is very good. The breakfast is rich and good. The staff at reception is friendly, but need to queue as has many customers waiting there.

The facilities in the room are not meeting expectation, e.g. only have tea and no coffee bags, tissue box is empty and not filled. It is okay as I am only stay 1 night. But would not be acceptable if I am stay more nights.

Beautiful views and a comfortable room, with a large selection for the included breakfast

- There is no access to see the midnight sun at midnight from the top terrace, except for Saturdays, when the bar closes at 1AM. - No cooked salmon in the breakfast menu like other times :-/

Quiet spacious and comfortable room, the view from the window was amazing, the bed was comfortable and the housekeeping cleaned the room thoroughly. The breakfast is magnificent.

Minor gripe the pillows could have been more and larger - still had a good sleep though and I'm sure if it had bothered me the staff would have brought me more.

Location…walking distance to the airport and train station. Also very convenient for boat and ferry terminals, as well as local buses. The hotel was modern and airy. Rooms had all the essentials, very clean and modern.
