On my arrival (Sunday 23 June) at nearly 8pm, the receptionist was extremely helpful, advising me of good places to eat, and recommended a very good pub with a good selection of ales, it made for a very pleasant evening. The welcome was very friendly and hospitable. Staff like her are an asset to a hotel. My bike was accommodated. It was a brief but very pleasant stay, and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

Staff and breakfast were very good. It was close to transportation and just a couple blocks from the water. Room was quiet.

We had a view of mechanical equipment and we were on the 4th floor. Rooms were pretty small, OK for 1-2 nites but no place to put much clothing. Bathroom also tight. If you are a large person, probably should upgrade to bigger room!

Good breakfast, usual spread of cheeses and meats. Plenty of space in the dining room and between tables. Lovely selection of breads, but missed soft-boiled eggs.

The bar could have been open longer hours

Simple, nice, comfortable room. Very good breakfast, with exceptionally friendly staff.

Overall look, lobby, corridors appear a little outdated.

The location was ideal for me. Close to my work venue and bus station. The bed was super comfortable

As a British guest I would have liked a kettle in the room. The complimentary tea in reception was just tepid water and tea bag. Gave me milk but it was off and floated on the top.

Location was perfect for us as we needed to be close for bus. Also good for exploring river area. Lots of places to eat nearby. Staff friendly and helpful, and packed an early breakfast, as we had to leave to catch bus. Comfortable beds

It was fine for the price, but just an ordinary hotel.

The position was excellent for everything. It was all very spacious. Room was spacious great big TV. Breakfast was lovely, massive choice.

I can't remember there being coffee making facilities in the room. I couldn't tell if the door was locked properly.

the rooms were very comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, the hotel was very clean and location convenient to everything. the hotel receptionist was very hospitable and recommended several tourist things for us to do. she was so helpful with transportation and other questions.

It was super centric, great rooms, comfortable beds and powerful hairdryer (if you have long and voluminous hair it's very much appreciated), well assorted breakfast and delicious food. Friendly staff

Could not check in earlier and I did not feel a lot of support from their side to help with it. I'm not claiming that they should have had a room but some follow up from them would have been better.
