Easy to find. Right in city centre = everything in a short walking distance (restaurants, shops, sea...). Nice value for money. Requested something that I get (Takk !). Quite quiet (but not a busy tourist time).

Grid in shower was not clean enough (hairs). Sound insulation is not that good but, it's also because some people are not respecting others (talking loud in corridors and/or slamming doors) Oh, a mug would be perfect ! Nice to have a kettle but wasn't able to use it then :/

Room was really spacious and comfortable. The bed was excellent! There was a fridge, microwave, plates, glasses and mugs in the room, which we appreciated. Good value for money!

A joint kitchen would have been nice, where you could make coffee, and maybe a stove and a kettle for simple cooking. Kids said the bunk bed wasn't that comfortable.

Smooth and fast check in, clean room and good communication. The shower was tall enough.

The bed was too soft for my taste, but that’s a personal preference. The water faucet should be tightened in my room, but apart from that the bathroom was good :)

Room was good size, bed was comfortable, location was fine and close to all shops and cafes and grocery store and bus station. Clean hotel and good price for a solo traveler.

Rhe no staff concept is strange but understand the concept. Would have been nice to have a common kitchen area for prpearing some simple foods like a microwave and a sink to wash off some fruits while using the lounge area.

No available parking. It would be usefull to get information about posible parking and explain parking rules (fees) for foreigners.

Very okay to stay overnight. A bit far from E10, but will do. Very big family suite, two rooms. Self check in, quiet and no staff. Parking around the corner on in front of the hotell, free from 18.00-08.00.

Wired smell in the corridor.

Clean, good value, great location. Loved that there was a fridge, microwave, plates, silverware etc so we did not have to spend money on eating out. Would stay here again.

Unable to speak directly to the hotel. We wanted to extend our stay but the only way to contact them is via email, and it took them 12hrs to reply. We wanted to keep the same room so we did not have to pack all our stuff but sadly that was not possible even though they moved us to the same type of room, but one with not such a good view and not quite so nice. They were kind enough to give us time to move our stuff over though so we did not have to check out then check in again. They were very nice.

good choice for Havila ship as dock 2 minutes walk. Hotel is central. clean, well equipped rooms with comfy bed.

I have stayed at this hotel for approx 10 nights in the past month as we kept extending our stay, and we have booked to stay there again next weekend as we are searching for an apartment in the area. The location is great, very central to everything in Harstad. The check in/out process is smooth, the rooms are a good size, the waterfront rooms have a beautiful view, the beds are comfortable and, most of all, having a fridge/microwave/silverware saved us having to spend money on eating out all the time. When we checked out to check back in again, the process was smooth and the staff were kind and helpful. The one and only downside is the wifi which was pretty much unusable and rarely connected, but as the hotel was such good value I increased the data package on my mobile phone and tethered to that instead so it still worked out well.
