Property is amazing, the architecture, the interiors and design are so perfectly done. Warm colors, amazing lounge areas with games and large fire pits, just so warm and welcoming. The decor is both so stylish and quirky, rooms are so well equipped, huge and comfortable bed with divine bedding and pillow selection. Bathroom is huge and everything is so pristine and clean. Staff are so friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. Pool and outdoor facilities are great, bar and restaurant have a superb selection of food and drinks, breakfast buffet selection is just fantastic too. Everything about this place is perfect. I will visit and stay again soon.

We have been travelling for so many years and still this was one of our favourite hotels ever. It was cozy, clean and had great add ons like the free games,the free parking, fireplaces, free lockers at the sports club and the free water. Special thanks to the super friendly staff at the reception who did an excellent job connecting two separate bookings to one ( this should be normal but it really is not)

The only recommendation we have would be that there should be more variety of bread in the morning ( but we would never deduct any points for this)

This was "fairy tail" experience - we loved this place very much. Hotels interior and design is like from other fancy century and super cozy. We regreted to book this place only for one night. But most excited part was - Pool Club, which works till midnight. We were there around 23 pm and we were almost only customers so we enjoyed quite privite atmoshpere there with cold coctails by pool. :D And our bed in room was so "king size" we alsmot could not reach each others hands :D

These ar minor comments / sugestions and in no way interfered with our overall satisfaction: * Hotel provides you with bathrobe and good quality flip-flops. Only they come in big sizes and as I have feet size 37-38 they were too big for me and so I used my own slippers brought from home. Although - my husband was happy about size as he has big feets (size 43-44). *We didn't understand how lockers works at Pool club (how to lock them), maybe in future Hotel might consider to introduce electronic bracelets which locks lockers as well ;)

Good, plentiful breakfast. Parking was free in the area immediaely below the hotel (not in the car park a little further away. For us it made a good stopping point after picking up a car from Oslo airport at midday.

A suspicious message 'from the hotel' through the Booking.com portal, reportied a problem with the payment. A phone call to the hotel confirmed that there was no such problem. Eventually, 5 days later, the hotel sent a message warning clients of this, blaming Booking.com for a data breach. Apart from that all was OK but the hotel sends out far too many messages.

A very stylish and at the same time cosy hotel! Looks majestic and has a relaxed vibe. Very comfy beds, dozens of comfy sofas in the common areas, wonderful pool both inside and outside. Ski lift only 30 meters from hotel! Perfect location! Fantastic views!

Even though the restaurant offered delicious and high quality dishes, the menu could have had a greater variety! Travelling with teenagers who did not qualify for the kid's menu and who could not be tempted by f.ex. pasta with truffles resulted in them being disappointed in the restaurant. It would be nice to have a dish or two that are tempting for teenagers.

Stunning property. Truly felt like a luxurious stay. The interiors were 10/10. As an architect, I truly appreciated the perfection in every little detail. The games in the lobby areas were a really good touch, unique pieces. The receptionist was kind enough to offer a free pool pass when she learned it was our first year wedding anniversary! Will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel just needs a few small details to make it a more comfortable stay for its guests. - Include a telephone in the room so we don't have to run to the reception to talk to someone - Include a brochure in every room with all the activities and facilities. It's hard to understand what is available on the property/ at what prices. - More interesting options on the menu for both breakfast and dinner - A kettle and some teabags in the room

We have enjoyed the nature and the hot pool a lot. We had options to spent time inside the hotel with the games set up in the hotel. Elegant interior and comfortable beds.

Kind of expensive stay was expecting to have free access to the pool area but looks like I was supposed to even make an appointment beforehand. Also speed of service was not so satisfying. It might have been a crowded day on the day we went due to public holiday but waiting in the long queue for breakfast in the morning and waiting long time to be served with the food that we have ordered for dinner and lunch in both upstairs cafe and downstairs bar was a bit frustrating.

I loved the style of the hotel. It js beautifully designed and located. Every detail matters. The spa is amazing. Very relaxing and beautiful. We played games, shuffle board and billard. It was for free. The food was scrumtpuos both in the restaurant and bar (pizza). Very convenient with the ski rental downstairs and access to the lifts.

Maybe the locker room in the spa could be bigger Or better planned. The lockers dont fit big skiing clothes/ shoes. People are changing and others are opening the door. No space to sit. But it was not a big problem for me. If someone stays longer the menu is short so my fiance ended up eating a steak twice because he couldnt’ pick anything else. The advantage was he loved it. We didn’t know How to use the air con. The employee also but he said he will call us back but he didint. Maybe you can add some instruction of it.

Beautiful hotel, loved the interior design and the facilities - was very impressed by the decor and architecture. The pool club is also lovely.

the housekeeping was a disaster - they don't really do the bed and they don't clean the bathroom countertop if you have a toothbrush or cream there - the housekeeping lady said she didn't clean the countertop because she cannot move the toothbrush and cream I had there, for liability purposes? I mean come on, this is an expensive resort for more than 300eur a night, one would expect basic housekeeping practices. the bed was not done properly and when I confronted the housekeeping lady, she said that is how they do the bed! Staff was ok, but not particularly friendly nor impressive. Also, asking people to pay extra to have access to the pool for 3hours is a bit too much - this is supposed to be a resort; which means one should have access to basic facilities like the pool; that put me off.

That’s really the best ski resort hotel in Norway, is it’s advertised, with perfect facilities, amazing cozy style, lots of activities, great restaurant and comfortably placed for ski in - ski out. Most importantly, it’s nice staff are very child friendly! They even cleaned my car after a heavy snowfall, so it’s 10/10!
