Stunning property. Truly felt like a luxurious stay. The interiors were 10/10. As an architect, I truly appreciated the perfection in every little detail. The games in the lobby areas were a really good touch, unique pieces. The receptionist was kind enough to offer a free pool pass when she learned it was our first year wedding anniversary! Will definitely be visiting again.

The hotel just needs a few small details to make it a more comfortable stay for its guests. - Include a telephone in the room so we don't have to run to the reception to talk to someone - Include a brochure in every room with all the activities and facilities. It's hard to understand what is available on the property/ at what prices. - More interesting options on the menu for both breakfast and dinner - A kettle and some teabags in the room

We have enjoyed the nature and the hot pool a lot. We had options to spent time inside the hotel with the games set up in the hotel. Elegant interior and comfortable beds.

Kind of expensive stay was expecting to have free access to the pool area but looks like I was supposed to even make an appointment beforehand. Also speed of service was not so satisfying. It might have been a crowded day on the day we went due to public holiday but waiting in the long queue for breakfast in the morning and waiting long time to be served with the food that we have ordered for dinner and lunch in both upstairs cafe and downstairs bar was a bit frustrating.

I loved the style of the hotel. It js beautifully designed and located. Every detail matters. The spa is amazing. Very relaxing and beautiful. We played games, shuffle board and billard. It was for free. The food was scrumtpuos both in the restaurant and bar (pizza). Very convenient with the ski rental downstairs and access to the lifts.

Maybe the locker room in the spa could be bigger Or better planned. The lockers dont fit big skiing clothes/ shoes. People are changing and others are opening the door. No space to sit. But it was not a big problem for me. If someone stays longer the menu is short so my fiance ended up eating a steak twice because he couldnt’ pick anything else. The advantage was he loved it. We didn’t know How to use the air con. The employee also but he said he will call us back but he didint. Maybe you can add some instruction of it.

Beautiful hotel, loved the interior design and the facilities - was very impressed by the decor and architecture. The pool club is also lovely.

the housekeeping was a disaster - they don't really do the bed and they don't clean the bathroom countertop if you have a toothbrush or cream there - the housekeeping lady said she didn't clean the countertop because she cannot move the toothbrush and cream I had there, for liability purposes? I mean come on, this is an expensive resort for more than 300eur a night, one would expect basic housekeeping practices. the bed was not done properly and when I confronted the housekeeping lady, she said that is how they do the bed! Staff was ok, but not particularly friendly nor impressive. Also, asking people to pay extra to have access to the pool for 3hours is a bit too much - this is supposed to be a resort; which means one should have access to basic facilities like the pool; that put me off.

exceptional breakfast. friendly and nice personal. cosy atmosphere. brilliant restaurant and food.

SPA facility small and not included for hotel guests. It doesn't feel right to pay extra if the room price is already that high

Beda were good, food (puzza in bar) was good, breakfast was good (but see comment below).

Breakfast was good, but we came early and a lot of the offered food was not ready when we came. Technical issues was explanation, but it did not help us who was in a bit of hurry in the morning. Location was OK, but had to drive to the skislope since transport lift was without snow

Very nice rooms, comfortable beds, lovely breakfast.

We were there on honeymoon and so looking forward to a special stay, however the place feels quite impersonal. The resort offers underground parking which would have been great as we had quite a few bags to carry and it rains a lot there, but it needs to be booked in advance - this is obviously fine, but prior warning would have been great as it was fully booked when we asked.

The reception and bar areas were very comfortable and welcoming. Pizza from the bar and Breakfast were absolutely superb. The choice at breakfast was one of the best I have seen. The hotel is in a very nice area and has great views of the surrounding countryside. I would love to return in the winter.

The room we stayed in was spacious and very clean but furniture maybe a little dated. The bathroom was very clean and very modern with a good shower.

The staff is very enthusiastic and friendly. The Christmas tree and fire in the hotel lobby create a strong Christmas atmosphere, and there are ski rentals in the hotel, and there is a circle bar when you go out. Fortunately, there is no appointment but when you are hungry after skiing Walked in the restaurant and had dinner, and the next day's breakfast was also very rich, everything was perfect.

It would be better if the temperature of the air conditioner in the room can be adjusted a little higher

The hotel and it's facilities is just superb, all the one can need for a relaxing stay, we didn't get a room with a view and still it was clean with a huge luxury bed, we loved the sauna and heated pool pack (buy it, you won't regret) although this should have been explained more politely to us by the receptionist and maybe with a smile, she seemed to be irritated to explain again. There are open fires throughout the hotel and a lovely scent in the air, table tennis and billiards, a lot of games as well scatered through the generous lounges this hotel has. Dinner at the restaurant was slightly unpleasant, we didn't had a reservation and we were told we'll get a table in about 15 minutes, we didn't and when asked, the lady said, again a bit crossed, that she never promissed a table and we should wait more, I asked to speak with the manager and only after that she invited us at the bar for a complimentary drink...she came and showed us to a table before we got to order that drink. Food was a little above average, not sure if they use local, fresh ingredients, my steak was so filled with spices that it lost its original taste, also on the chewy side. It s a 10 from us despite small inadequacies. A very special thank you to the pool bar staff who were stellar.

Some of the staff were 5 stars but some were not, reception and restaurant, we travel a lot and when you check into a hotel after a day's exploring you want to feel that you are home away from home, staff that don't have people skills to make you feel at home should not interact with customers as it can ruin your whole experience. I am saying all this as this hotel should be 5 stars in my opinion and it needs 5 star staff standard. In the end these were minor issues and it s a perfect 10 from us and hopefully we will be there again.
