great glutenfree breakfast options! First time on our Norway trip you didn‘t feel disappointed or „just eating for survival“ being unable for medical reasons to eat gluten. Staff was very helpful at breakfast to walk you through allergene issues, but some newer staff members need to be informed that you cannot take the same knife to cut glutenfree bread than normal bread (no harm was done as I know that myself, but to avoid medical emergencies, the topic of cross-contaminations should be addressed with the breakfast service staff.

although it is not cheap, the quality is there, so nothing to complain about.

Amazing hotel directly next to the small harbor in KRS. Also the city is just 2 walking minutes away. The hotel is clean and rooms are great equipped. Overall nothing missed. If you come by car, the parking lot in the front is another 195,- NOK per 24h.

Mini bar snacks which were not complimentary were very temptingly displayed and had to turn TV on to see prices

This was a beautiful hotel, very clean, looked neat and tidy with good staff that were happy to help. the room was clean, well laid out with a good bathroom. The location excellent apart from the shipping yard, very close to the beach, city, and not a far walk to any attractions, bus station or bars/food.

Very minor dislikes, the bed was not great quality with a thin soft mattress, however i am not sure if this is just normal for the region. the other negative was the fact it is right beside the shipping yard so there was some noise early in the morning of shipping containers being moved around. However, the view from my room over the shipping yard was actually really nice so it is hard to complain.

Excellent in general ! But food cleared up not even 5 minutes after breakfast time finished. My daughter wanted pancakes one morning and they were empty for 25 minutes, no fresh ondes arrived - are we expected to ask?

Our TV did not work . No sound, just crackle. Asked 4 times for it to be repaired. No phone in room. Had to go to reception myself, one time I waited 20 minutes as nobody on reception. Each time it was «repaired» but only lasted some hours before broke again. Not sure how clean room was. Floor definitely had dust bunnies and marks when we arrived. Mini bar never re-stokked, not even the chocolate. Why?

I loved the room - very nice and modern design. Everything was impecable clean. The bed was comfortable. And the view from the huge floor to ceiling windows was fantastic.

Breakfast was busy - maybe consider serving breakfast to 11, it would make it less crowded. The fitness room was missing an elliptical trainer. And maybe the worst of all - the rate on booking.com was lower than the members-only rate I get on my Radisson rewards.

Stayed with 3 people in a large room just for a night. We already stayed in other Radisson Blu Hotels in Norway during our Road Trip and this one was the best we experienced. + Large room and window + Many lightings available in the room + Clean room, bed, and towels + Great diverse breakfast menu included + Cozy and large Lobby with luxurious interior design + A Pub next door with good music etc. Definitely recommend this Hotel.

- The Parking was full and costs about 30€ per night (which is not expensive for Norway) We parked in the street, which costs also about 25€

Very comfortable rooms in this hotel and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is very convenient, especially when taking the ferry in the early morning.

The bathroom is really small and tight. Also there was a mix up with breakfast - we were given a seating card for 6:30 am and they were not ready as the breakfast buffet staff thought it starts at 7 am. However, they have tried to accommodate us nevertheless.

The view from the window is simply amazing! I did not expect it to be so beautiful (we lived on the 10th floor)! I really liked our family room for the size and cozy details. The bunk bed for the kids was foldable which gave even more space. There were many lamps in the room and we could change the atmosphere. And the king size bed was with a good 1 mattress (not 2 matresses). Fluffy pillows and blankets. Cozy seating areas. No noise from other rooms - good soundproofing. The lounge area of ​​the hotel also deserves attention with its interior. I had a feeling that the designers really wanted to make it human-friendly. The breakfasts were just excellent! We found everything we could enjoy for breakfast.

Despite all the cleanliness in the room, I was surprised that the light gray carpet was dirty (spots of different sizes and colors). The rooms can accommodate a family with children, probably carpets are not needed at all.

The hotel is equipped to a high standard one of few nowadays with mini bar and fridge. location is great down by the popular harbour front activities and restaurants. Mind you the view of the container yard could be a bit off-putting but don't be. The Club 21 bar was nice but expensive for cocktails, fun though. Breakfast is good lots of choice well stocked even at the end of service. Family Room was good size and perfect for the few nights we stayed.

not sure why but i had to ask the reception 3 times to get the bunk bed set up even though they knew we were 3 in the room from the check in.
