We have traveled a lot and must admit this is the best breakfast we ever had - eggs were done in many different ways, there were even cooked meals such as beans, you could choose from fish to sweet part (pancakes). Fruit and coffee was everywhere. Family room we stayed in is very comfortable and spatious. We liked the underfloor heating in the toilet. Kids enjoyed table football in the lobby. Personel at the hotel were very polite and helpful (we had some issues with Dyrepark tickets so they assisted us with these), but also in the overall. We will definetly stay again here.

Lovely experience, we even received a small gift for our dog. Room was clean, big enough for a 3 persons family (i guess for a 4th person would have been kinda small). Very close to the ferry to Denmark and that was super important for us in the morning. From what I have seen, the breakfast looks rich and fabulous as described by others but we had to leave before to catch the ferry. We did receive indeed a breakfast bag but there is no comparison.

I would have preferred a somehow more rich breakfast bag, but i guess is difficult to satisfy all tastes.

We choose this hotel for one night before catching a ferry to Denmark the next day. Close to the city and 10 min drive to the port. It’s a vey nice modern area and good for families in the mean of the rooms are family friendly and it is close to the beach and the swimming hall. Breakfast was very good, and we did not miss anything. Don’t miss walking down to the cute city center for a stroll through the shops.

Noisy road nearby

It was a very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean, and rooms are big and with everything you need. The location is also great, just at the waterfront. The breakfast has everything you need, and was very tasty.

It is a bit on the expensive side. Parking is also expensive, but luckily the street parking is free at night,

Breakfeast and Dinner at the restaurant and drinks at the bar were v good. Selection of food was exceptional and buffet well stocked at all times with freshly cooked food. The sous chef Gavin O'Kane was the friendly and very hardworking face behind the high standards in the restaurant along with all the support staff.

The family room needed more storage space for clothes. Very little room for clothes for 4 people. Dissapointed the bar is closed for drinks and snacks on a Sunday evening.

The location, ambience , the friendly reception staff, the housekeeping staff .

Size of the room for family room, as the rooms are supposed to be accomodating a family of 4, the size of the room should be bigger.

Free wi-fi is not best for security. Having a dedicated account with encryption activated would be a better solution

I booked a taxi to reach the airport the day I left and the taxi never arrived. I understand this is not fully the fault of the hotel

Bicycles to borough - that's a really great service that makes me decide for Scandic, if I have the choice.

Cleaning the room - a swipe in the room or a wipe in the bathroom throughout a 4 night's stay would have been great....

I was initially offered a room with only a glimse of the sky, luckily it was possible to change but still the room has no view to the seafront, which was a disappointment
