The staff were all friendly and very helpful to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was good and there were many options. The pool and sauna were nice and clean and the gym was well equipped. We really liked the hotel lobby shop which was very convenient.

While milk alternatives were available, we would have liked some non dairy yogurt and some fresh berries! It would be good if towels were provided in the pool area instead of having ti bring them from the room

BREAKFAST, WAS EXCELLANT HUGH CHOICE TO CHOOSE FROM ,THE ONLY THING WAS THAT THE COOKED FOOD WAS NOT VERY HOT,AS IT WAS JUST STANDING UNDER LAMPS. ROOM,WAS ALL OK EXCEPT THERE WAS NO PLUG IN THE SINK IN THE BATHROOM. PLUS NO COFFEE/TEA MAKING EQUIPMENT ,YOU HAD TO GET THIS FROM THE RECEPTION AREA ON THE WAY TO YOUR ROOM. LOCATION, WAS GREAT ,LOADS OF GOOD VIEWS OF THE FYJORD,GOOD FOOD IN THE TOWN,NICE AREA

Comfy, smart rooms. Reasonably eco friendly. We Arrrived late at night and left early so not really in a position to say more. Provided a lactose free breakfast for my son.

Didn’t see kettle in room or storage for clothes if staying more than 1 night. Breakfast didn’t start until 8 which isn’t surprising given it was a Sunday but it is close enough to be an airport hotel (torp)

The staff were friendly, and our family room was large, clean and comfortable. I had asked for a view of the sea, and the window looked out over the park and the harbour, so we could see the ferries coming in and out. The breakfast was great - lots of choice of cold and hot food to a high standard. The pool was very warm (almost like a bath) and clean.

The parking is not free. On arrival the staff recommended that we did not use the car park next to the hotel because it is expensive, but that we use the public car park 5m walk away which is cheaper and has options for extended use.

Huge variety of breaky in the morning. We had travelled from Australia to Norway for a world champs. The we received an upgrade as we were staying at the hotel for 2 weeks. Location was fab and easy walking to local restaurants and shopping.

Maybe some parking on site, as the only down side was parking a fair way from the hotel (approx 2 mins walk) which wasnt that bad really, but you had to pay for it.

Reception staff - great. Kind, does everything to help and make the guest feel comfortable, even if it requires special effort.

We were in suite number 407 Room maintenance - poor. They don't clean the room and are content with folding the blankets. Even coffee mugs - we didn't get them after the first day. Breakfast was excellent. The staff in the dining room - not trying hard enough. There were many guests, but I had to arrange my table by myself.

Worlds greatest buffet breakfast - had no expectations of a breakfast but ended up being one of our best meals in Europe.

No bar fridge in the room seemed odd, might be normal for Norway, not sure. They were happy enough to provide us an ice bucket to cool our wine though so no issue.

It was a great stay, a shame we only spend one night here. The location is fantastic, we had a view on the park outside. Breakfast is just astonishing, plenty of choice - for vegans too. It was such a wonderful stay, would highly recommend it!

The breakfast exceeded our expectations. I personally liked the fact that there was a variety of whole foods, including avocados. The room was also very clean with a beautiful view of the park and bay area. The personnel was very friendly. The whole experience was great.
