If you're looking for a place to stay in Nizwa, look no further! From the very beginning Anu (the owner) and the world class team he has put together were nothing short of amazing. After a long day of driving from Sur, I was greeted by a smiling Mr. Anu at the front entrance. The check-in process was super smooth and he mentioned that since this was my first time in Oman, he had upgraded my room. A little about Mr. Anu - He is one of the nicest and humblest people you will meet and he treats every guest with respect (he previously worked in some of the top hotels in India like the Oberoi and the Taj). As I was walking out, a small "hello" turned into a very pleasant 2-hour conversation about our lives, history, and Nizwa. Being that it was my first time, he gave me a list of places to check out and practically planned out my itinerary with the must-see items. Every morning before I'd leave, he'd wish me well on that day's journey as I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and dates. I mentioned that I loved dates, and he had his staff pack me a whole bag's worth. A little about the hotel - The two-bedroom suite was very spacious and spotless. Along with the rooms, came a kitchen fully equipped with cooking utensils, a stove and a fridge. I was lucky enough to get a room that gave me a view of the sunrise every morning. A very pleasant way to wake up! Just a heads up, the hotel is located ~15 minutes outside of the city center, but I personally preferred that so I could avoid the city traffic while going out on day trips. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets within a 10 minutes' drive as well so you can always stock up on supplies. Pro-tip: Book through their website for a better rate and a potential upgrade!

The hotel is about 10 kilometers away from the Nizwa Castle, which is more convenient to drive. There are only small supermarkets nearby. If you want to go to the big market you can drive to LuLu Market. The hotel facilities are slightly old and the room size is ok. Very quiet at night.

Spacious, clean , comfortable and well equipped room for a short stay. The 2bedroom was perfect for us (family with 2 kids). 15min away from the Nizwa city center , great location to visit the region . The staff was very pleasant, thanks Mr Anu for your warm welcome !

The staff and manager were very friendly and shared tips and useful information for exploring the area and the rest of Oman. There were few patrons the day we stayed but the hotel still arranged a great breakfast. Excellent management. Our stay was very smooth with our 3 young children. Highly recommend this hotel for families or anyone who needs a place to stay in Nizwa.

- The manager Anu is fabulous! When he promises something it will happen. Simple as that. - Huge apartment with fabulous views of the surrounding mountains (see pic) - Despite the hotel being full on our second night there was minimal noise disturbance. For a hotel this size and the number of people that is quite a feat. - The deluxe, two-bedroom apartments are fairly priced and offer huge, well-planned accommodation for friends or families that need two bedrooms and bathrooms. They also offer amazing views from the master bedroom. - The beds are lovely and comfortable, with super soft cotton bedding. - Fast check-in and check-out, staff work in a timely manner. - The shortcut to Al Hoota cave/Al Hamra is right next to the hotel, saving a good 20-30 minutes by not going through central Nizwa.

- There was a drain smell in the en-suite bathroom the first night (we got in late and wanted to sleep, so didn't call reception). When I mentioned it to staff the next morning it was dealt with and we had no more smell for the rest of our stay.

Very clean room. We loved it. Staff very helpful and friendly big apartment with lots of space. We would certainly stay again. They gave us perfect information about trips and also about the new museum Oman across ages which is a must
