beautiful and peaceful environment. rooms and bath are clean tidy and above standards.

this is my 5th visit to this hotel, every time i experienced worst, lazy, arrogant, unprofessional reception/check in staff. i had to wait half and hour just to be checked in. i had to asked them and remind them that we are waiting, i can understand that they could be busy and this could be a normal case, but the thing is they were discussing their personal things, also they were aware that I am making an eye contact with them to remind them, but they ignored and when I went to the counter they just said we are checking your room status. come on! i requested early check in, and you already confirmed. i just cant stop visiting because of duffer staff, otherwise nice place and facilities.

The hotel was nice, the staff were nice and very welcoming and gave good advice when required. The room was big and comfortable and extra was with the room such as bath robes, slippers etc.

The pillows were big and of firm size but did manage to see that you can change the pillow.

Serena hotel is simply amazing. The territory, the stuff, the facilities - everything was really good. I enjoyed my stay. I loved their garden, it’s so green and well organised.

exceptional architecture, beautiful oud smell all over the hotel I must make reference to ather at front desk, exceptional service level and very articulate young man, nothing was a problem for him and very attentive. Please share this feedback as Ather has a promising career ahead of him

Friendly staff, very accommodative and provide most of the things and services needed. Overall satisfied.

The rooms were a bit noisy during the day due to proximity with sports ground where most of the time loud speakers are on which is a bit annoying.

Room was excellent and spacious. Staff very professional and polite. Location very good and overall very good stay & experience. veey nice breakfast.

1. they charged me extra money Rs.4000/- extra which I found during checking. 2. no sanitizer found at any table in resturant 3. I was having meeting in the lobby but no waiter come to ask anything.ike water or tea. pethatic

Everything was awesome ! Staff was beyond helpful, stayed here for 5 days Dinner is very nice
