Very clean, calm and quiet. Staff was super courteous and the receptionist girl (forgot her name) welcomed us very professionally. Breakfast was amazing, chef Qadeer made us special puris and tea, so delicious. Abdul basit and Aziz served us so well, they thoroughly looked after us. Gosh, did I mention value for money? For just less than 20K they gave u services better than Ramada and Belmorris etc.

I can't think of anything, except the gym machinery which needs an update but I can understand that not majority of the visitors would use gym so they didn't invest much in gym.

The locations - the property is in a roundabout and the gates are always closed. Sometimes it’s tricky to get in when there’s a lot of traffic coming from all directions.

An excellent hotel, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very clean, hot shower available whenever we wanted, an excellent restaurant and breakfast facilities. A five star experience.

I had to think and couldn't find anything just a small pool where the unsed lawn area is in the parking will make it the best hotel in Pakistan. The buffet breakfast was in avari express which is 2 mins walk and the breakfast there was amazing considering Ramadan. I have never seen such huge rooms

Exceptionally courteous and hospitable staff, very accommodating and efficient. Provided us with every possible comfort as they could.

Good breakfast spread. Great house keeping and room service. We just had a layover for the night but intend on using it more often upon our visits to the city. ++ complimentary car wash.

Windows could be sealed a bit better as at meal times, one could get a faint smell of food/barbecue in the 1st floor rooms.

It was cozy. The complimentary breakfast was good as always. The heating in the room was good.

Running hot water was a problem in the morning in winter. They forgot about some complimentary stuff that should have been in the room.

Breakfast was not managed properly. Hotel did not put up the buffet because occupancy was less. We were asked that we will be served but one of the waiter came and told me that sir you can not order more than two omelette because you are eligible for two breakfast. But in real breakfast should be a buffet which means all you can eat than how come one should be restrained from ordering more than two thing. Hotel management should manage things properly. Airconditioners were not cleaned.

Excellent Spacious Clean Rooms and Bathrooms. Very good Staff, all services are perfect. Nice Location.

Breakfast is very limited. Taste is not so good. But Staff was very cooperative, waiters were very good, specifically Shumaila.
