there was only one issue the AC was not working good

All the staff were exceptional. During our stay our children became ill. The CEO personally saw that a Dr's visit was organised for us. The hotel escorted us back and forth from the hotel to the Dr's surgery, assisted us with collecting the medication and ensured any further needs were met. The doctor we met was very professional and good with the children. Overall we were made feel very welcomed by this Hotel!! Very good attitude all around by all staff, top to bottom.

Front desk girls (in red scarf sorry can’t remember her name) at the breakfast restaurant she was picky at kids and didn’t have manners to talk rest of the staff was amazing, young boy name Nabeel is hardworking and respectful Mr Izhar made our check in experience great no issues

Very courteous staff who were helpful with my endless queries on where to buy a wheeler, closest pharmacy etc. Front desk are exceptional (special mention of Mr. Sami who checked us in). Can't forget to mention the food! Loved the chinese buffet in the evening and the Pakistani breakfast in the morning was outstanding! Never expected such perfect Channay from a hotel. Final point, I need to find out where they buy their pillows. Just perfect!

Only minor gripe was that the heating was working too well 😊. I had to ask how to switch it off!

The Hotel was centrally located. Had a good valet and parking facility. The hotel has a great executive lounge which serves great high tea during business hours. it was very helpful as I conducted several businesses meetings and my guest including myself were served free of charge. Most important the staff are very courteous, helping and very very responsive even the IT and support staff were very responsive and our every call or request was completed in minutes. Another important thing that I LIKED THE MOST WAS THAT I WAS UPGRADED FROM A NORMAL ROOM TO AN EXECUTIVE ROOM WITH FREE ACCESS TO EXECUTIVE LOUNGE which made me extend my stay for another two nights. The hotel has great food I loved there fish and chips the most but the food quality is excellent. I had all my dinners and launches at the facility and enjoyed the food. The stay at this hotel facilitated me in conducting my business meetings and therefore I extended my stay and used different areas of the hotels for these meetings. Will recommend work travelers to stay at this facility.

The staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very cooperative when my baby had an emergency and had to be rushed to the hospital. They accompanied us to the as well, otherwise we would have been lost in the city. Breakfast was great as well.

I wish we could have gotten the cot when we asked, but it was unavailable.

Head and shoulders above the other Ramada properties I've stayed at - the hotel is clean, comfortable, technologically on-point - and the breakfast was absolutely stellar! Staff was amazing too. There's even an ATM inside!

The parking/arrival area is a little congested, and the sliding bathroom doors feel a little flimsy, but these were just minor things I noticed.

Cleanliness and staff behavior were exceptionally good. Food was also good. As its located in the mid of the city and due to traffic congestion, it was bit problematic to reach hotel. Security staff is very alert.

Mutan traffic is horrible and particularly at evening time. Rakhsha and motorbikes were creating problems. So if you want to be there, reach bit earlier or be patient when in traffic. Reception staff promised to add my Wyandham points but they didnt add so for. They need to do it fast.

Best in Multan

For cleaning room, only the guy may came when the person request. SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) that the room cleaner give the bell three time and enter in the room, is disturbing the “PRIVACY”. May be at that time guest in room is naked in the room. If this is included that NO one come in the room without request of guest. In my opinion it is better. Otherwise all is ok in RAMADA Hotel.

staff was amazing specially Miss Ayesha, she was very helpful and let me check in early morning as their check in time was 2pm my flight arrived 4am and they let me check in early morning without any charge. what a customer service. Met owner Faisal Hameed visiting breakfast buffet while he was checking everything is on display for customers and checking staff services on floor. well done team Ramada Multan for such an amazing experience
