What I liked about Marinn Place is that I made good friends with Hary, Henry and Lheidys. They are awesome. The staff they were all friendly, but these three went above and beyond. They made sure my stay was good and they were very attentive. Muchas Gracias to Lheidys, Hary and Henry.

The reason that I gave Marinn Place a 8 is the fact that someone tried to open my suitcases. ( I always took pictures of where I left my combo numbers and they were changed). So I put another lock on my suitcases. Management should have meetings with there staff about messing with people's personal belongs.

Room was outstanding. Large, great view of the city. You pay more for a Motel 6 filled with cockroaches and drug addicts in the parking lot. Breakfast was good, the breakfast staff was excellent, cleaning staff was good. Safe area, short walk to the park along the bay. Nice desk to do mobile work from.

Nothing really to complain about, I was very happy with our stay.

Design and style of the room, bed was very comfortable, room was clean. Breakfast access was easy. Good variety of breakfast items, easy check in and check out process, geniune friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to early/ late check in and check out. Best of all was the reasonable price and great value for money. Overall a great hotel stay.

The breakfast was really nice, we had the option to do our laundry in guest laundry or have the hotel do it for us. Staff was really friendly and helpful with any issues that occurred.

The walls are a bit on the thin side so you do here some of what’s going on in the rooms next to you

We were welcomed by Davidd, whom was extrmeemly polite and helpful and recommended great things to do within the city. He was at our service at all times,from the beginning to the end of our stay. Israel, was the cafe lounge attendant, he had a great attitude at all times of the day and welcomed us with a great attitude every morning we saw him in the breakfast area, he was always makign sure to keep the dining areas clean and neat for every guest and made sure to ask us if we were being well attended during our stay. Onis, was a very pleasant hardworking young lady that was also at the cafe lounge every morning, she was very sweet every day. I must say these three individuals made our 20 day stay easier when travelign out of the country for so long. The housekeepers were very meticulate as well and upkept our rooms daily as we wished. The gentlemen in the kitchen in the morning were very nice to make us eggs per our request aside to what was out in the buffet area, whicn was very nice of them. Hospitality was A+.Overall, the staff compliments this hotel for the other things it may lack of, which made every con , forgiven, to what we had expected prior to booking. The view was ok, the aea was perfect walkign distance to everything.

They place needs a couple upgrades. The TV needs to be upgraded to smart TV, the HOTEL does not have microwaves, therfore we couldnt bring any leftover foods from restaurants,since we had no way to reheat it, which it was a big issue to my liking, considering we were there for so long. The laundry room was out of service, this was also needed for my stay. The food menu needs to really be ugraded. A caesar salad is made with Romaine lettuce not iceberg. They do not have everyhting on the menu every day, sometimes we wished to eat in, but their menu was limitied to what they had so we had to eat out. These things are recommendations, the hotel has great potential for so much more.

The room was spacious and very clean. The housekeeping staff was efficient and accommodating. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The only criticism of the room was that one of the sheer drapes was stuck and would not open or close. This was not a big issue because the "blackout" drapes worked well.

The breakfast would have to be described as adequate, While the fresh fruit and fruit juices were excellent., the hot entrees (eggs, breakfast meats, etc.) let much to be desired. It may cost a little more to make upgrades in the entrees but I think customer satisfaction would be significantly enhanced. The breakfast did not live up to the rest of the establishment.

Rooms are big and felt very clean. The views from the rooms (and especially the rooftop pool) are great. WiFi and A/C work fantastic. Bed, couch, and chair are very comfortable. The shower has great water pressure and range of temperature. Rooms are quiet and light-blocking shades work well. Staff is friendly and all bilingual. The location is decent. Neighborhood is safe. You can walk to a supermarket and several restaurants in 5 minutes. The ocean is about 15 minutes walk away.

Gym was closed and currently under renovation. Rooftop pool would be amazing if you had it to yourself, but it was usually crowded with noisy kids. Breakfast was crowded and often ran out of food / drinks the last 30 minutes.

The room was good, a little "lived in", but ok. Large sofa sitting area, and the bed was comfortable. Best water pressure ever in the shower!! Breakfast was a typical marginal affair. Never excellent anywhere we travel really so we had no expectations there. Coffee was decent. The hotel location was great. We were within a couple blocks of the Metro rail line (which we took from the airport), some great restaurants, and walking distance to the Malacon which was awesome for a nice 6 mile (10K) walk.

I know the price for the bookings flex, but we paid over $100/night and I am seeing it at $72 a night now....Maybe should have shopped more. The pool was ok, but some wannabe influencer was hogging it the whole time we were up there doing some kind of commercial or promo (probably to get a free room and food). Made the pool time a hugely uncomfortable event, and pushed us to the sidelines not even able to cool off.

The location was good, only about 10 minutes from Casco Viejo(not including traffic). The room was comfortable size and the bed was very cozy as well. The front desk staff is friendly and the check in was pretty quick. There is a pool and gym on the rooftop of the hotel but pool is on the smaller size. In order to get to your floor, you need to use your key card to select your floor number which I thought was a nice touch. The shower pressure and temperature was great! I overall enjoyed my stay.

The breakfast options were slim. The restaurant needs some improvement; making sure the food is thoroughly cooked. The walls seemed thin as I was able to hear noises next door and outside my door.
