Excellent breakfast with fantastic coffee. Beautiful balcony for breakfast, drinks, dinner. Superb location. Wonderful rain shower. Nice amenities, shampoo etc.

Please provide ‘complimentary’ bottled water daily. Charging 8 sols for a bottle of water takes away from the charm. Just add the hidden cost of bottled water to the expected total just like you do for the shampoo and tea bags. Water is essential for travellers.

Location is unbeatable. Rooms are look a bit bland but have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Staff are overall friendly, correct and nice without being superenthusiastic about their jobs. But overall a positive experience. The hotel is well equipped as well: it has a decent gym and a pleasant rooftop with small swimming pool.

Noise. Quite often there is noise around. Walls are not very well isolated so if you have noisy neighbours then you will notice it. And yes, Peruvians can be noisy...

Great place to get in touch with the Peruvian culture, few steps from the civic center, the historic places and gift shops between others. Good breakfast. Very clean and quiet. You can have a good rest. Nice pool with best view in town. Great staff.

My room was quite small but fair. Without windows to the outside. Not too close to the airport if you are for business. Due to the location you have to walk 3/5 mins with you luggage to hotel (1 block)

We liked the centrality of the location it was great for walking around. The staff was wonderful.

The views from the rooms weren’t as great. Would have preferred rooms with a little bit of views. Also, the beds were quite small for 2 people.

The air conditioner in the the room is noisy. It’s probably time to update the units.

The breakfast was really good. The location, on the Plaza and within walking distance to all sorts of locations to visits was unbeatable. Lots of easy shopping including groceries, pharmacy, etc, were steps away.

great location, great staff, very comfortable. would highly recommend staying at this hotel, it was the perfect location right in the square. Breakfast was great on their terrace. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were nice and clean.

The location is incredible, right on the Plaza. Breakfast (buffet) is excellent and sitting on their terrace overlooking the cathedral is a lovely way to start the day. The room is decent sized and bed was comfy. They provide free luggage storage which is good as we hiked the Colca Canyon and they have a small pool area which needs to be booked in advance, but is great to relax after a hike or long day sightseeing. The staff are helpful and friendly. In room coffee machine was good too and wifi worked well.

The aircon was old and incredibly noisy so we couldn't sleep with it on and as a result, the room was pretty warm. the hotel is also on the pricey side ~$80/night but understandable for the location. Would have been nice if the in-room water was free rather than 8 soles per bottle.

I swim laps, your swimming pool is way to small. The were electrical problems, many times the elevator was not working
