The room was exceptionally comfortable, just what we were looking for. The bathroom had a hot strong shower and the breakfast was really good. Staff were very friendly and let us stay in the communal area until our night bus.

WiFi was incredibly slow in all areas - both the room and reception. Around 1-2Mbps. Minibar was empty. Finally we asked for a taxi to the bus terminal but neglected to check the price - it was 30PEN which is very expensive for the short journey. Slightly soured the end of a wonderful stay.

Great service, fantastic location but quiet, a lot of traditional atmosphere, super swimming-pool with a good restauraunt area next to it, big sized room with good equipment, and an excellent buffet breakfast. Very good price/quality relationship.

The maracuya juice we ordered at the swimming pool was not fresh, but watery and sugary.

Clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and lunch in their restaurant was also very nice. Parking was very convenient and secure. The hotel has a lovely old world charm.

We had a room in the new wing and the window was frosted so there was light but no outside view.

The staff was super nice, friendly and attentive. The facilities are beautiful, very clean, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We are very happy with our stay in this hotel.

There is absolutely nothing to not like about this hotel. Everything was wonderful.

The staff were friendly, helpful and understanding, even after some miscommunication. The breakfast is fantastic, as well as the cleanliness & space in the rooms. The location is right in the centre and front desk gave helpful suggestions of local eats & places to go.

Location, amenities, nice room

Service - poolside for food and drink was awful. When I showed up for breakfast at the advertised time, there was nothing but coffee. Six men has devoured the meat and cheese plates so I had to wait. When I left an hour later they were still bringing out dishes for the buffet. Terrible service

Quiet despite central location. Lovely pool and courtyard. Beautiful room overlooking pool. Staff very courteous. Good fruit selection at breakfast.

Couldn't get hot water for shower on a couple of occasions. Sorted out once but happened again and too late to ask staff about it. Hot breakfast items a bit tepid. Until last day weren't told that we could order other egg dishes.

It was a great hotel, Worth the price! My family and I stayed at this hotel, and we loved it. The breakfast was delicious; the people were excellent. This is an excellent hotel if you pass by Piura or Business.

The location of this hotel is excellent, on Piura's Main Sq, close to everywhere. Everytime I go to Piura, I stay here, the staff are very polite, the hotel spotless and breakfast unbeatable

Not much to say here, except that the pool is surrounded by buildings and doesn't have direct sunlight, except for at 12m
