This was my first time in Tacna and only made a one-night stop here as I was making my way to Arica, Chile. Definitely the best hotel in the city and walking distance to the main square. A one-night/one-day stay is more than enough to visit this city. We requested early check-in (12 Noon to 1PM) but they were not able to accommodate our request we decided to enjoy lunch at their restaurant while we waited for our suite to be ready. They stored our luggage at the Front Desk while we were at lunch. We booked a Junior Suite and were assigned #818 on the top floor - the Junior Suite was quite spacious and worth the $121USD nightly rate (including tax).

It seems that they know that the MORNING BREAKFAST is an issue in regards to seating, food availability and service so they provide you with a time sheet on the best times to enjoy breakfast! In reality, they should increase their work staff to cover this challenge rather than put the onus on the hotel guest! We ended up going down when we wanted and seating was available but they often ran out of food or drinks so you had to wait for it to be replenished.

Todo , everything. The wifi is very important for me since i travel and work online. Their wifi was great and their breakfast was amazing. It was so special. So clean and the staff.... amazing!!!! I have never met a staff THAT friendly and kind. There was a guy at the desk who did my check in , he gets a 5 star. Always so kind to help me and answers all my questions. I'll recommend this hotel to anyone. As i mentioned , this is the best hotel i've stayed at!

The hotel was great. Everything we needed it to be for a quick overnight stay. The facilities were good, the room was excellent, the restaurant was good, the breakfast has plenty of variety and the staff were excellent. A big shout out to Pierre in the bar and restaurant who gave exceptional service and to Carman who was very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very good, and all the food that we ate there. I liked especially the fresh fruit and juices. I would like to of had bacon. But it was excellent all the food.

I really can’t think of anything. I enjoyed the whole trip. The hotel was excellent and I enjoyed the swimming pool.

Very comfortable room, beds and excellent shower. The staff is kind and helpful, especially Alejandra at the restaurant. Very good breakfast, but some GF and DF options are missing. Much better the menu for lunch and dinner. Very good location, close to restaurants and shops. Safe parking garage.

Perfect for a stop over after the train from Arica. Delicious and prompt room service after a long day.

We loved the staff, who were very helpful. Good parking, spotlessly clean, good location. Excellent burgers. Highly recommended!

By far the best hotel in Tacna, but below par with other Casa Andina properties... Good breakfast!

Funny noises from pool plumbing on 8th floor (pool is on 9th).

As an avid traveller, this is my 3rd time in Tacna, and this hotel is one of my all-time favourites. Excellent job Casa Andina, you make great hotels!
