Food at the hotel restaurant was average. The location to Clark and the mall was convenient. The hotel offered a shuttle to the mall.

I didn’t have any bad experiences. I was completely satisfied with the overall experience.

It has a reasonable rate and accessible to the mall.

Room was adequate although expected a separate bedroom unit. Clean and comfortable. Bathroom with warm hot water was excellent! Most importantly, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay. Very reasonable price.

Wished the room had a seperate bedroom unit (described as Superior suite) although if was fine with 2 double beds in one big space with sofa and chairs.

Food. Food. Food. Yes, its pricey, but hear me out. Noticeably above British/European standard, head and shoulders above what you could expect in Philippines. German-themed, but with enough other choices to find something for everyone. The staff. Receptionists are polite and competent, waitresses show up immediately (just please don't expect them to pronounce German dish names), in general its one of the very few hotels that things just work as they should. Definitely my go-to hotel in Pampanga. Localization is decent to good, near Korea Town, with less than 10 minutes jeepney ride to city center, and far away from Walking Street.

Some furniture and appliances in the hotel are somewhat worn - my room had a fridge with a somewhat loose doors, so it made more noise than in theory should have. Hotel safe decided not to cooperate on my third stay there. Bathroom could use more effective ventilation. Keep in mind its all about a specific room, namely 218. Also, if you are expecting to pay with a card, the signal may just be gone. This is not going to be a problem for long though. There are literally no other issues with the place. I could not recommend it enough, especially compared to some other places I saw during my stay in the country.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean. Pool was a bit deep for us so we just stayed there for a few minutes. We haven't tried the food but I'll probably visit them again next time.

The water pressure. I don't know if it was because of the heater or what but the pressure was too low, it took some time before I finished a "quick" shower.

The food wasn't good, I paid for dinner I did not eat , and I went to another restaurant and ate. And I did not complain.

Everyone from the guard to the staff inside the restaurant is friendly and warm. The 2.8m deep pool is great as you don't often see pools of that depth.

The rooms are too small for it's price. I think this is even more expensive than hotels in Boracay. Place is good, but I think it's a little overpriced. Or should we say, not local friendly.

Always great service and great food. Front desk staff amazing. Restaurant staff (Roxy) is the kindest person I have ever met. I got injured on some sharp trike metal and cut my finger open. Roxy cleaned and bandaged my cut with care. You don't see strangers help like that normally. She is amazing.

Nothing to dislike at this hotel. They go out of thier way to make you feel welcome

Room was very good for the money. We toured a couple of the larger rooms and will probably book those next time for an even more relaxing stay, but the room we had this time was still great for the money.

I can't really fault anything. I am not saying it's the best hotel ever, but for the price, its truly great quality and the staff are very accomodating. From the front desk to the housekeeping they were all great.
