All the staff is nice except for 1 person at the front desk. The room and bar area are fantastic!

As I said above all staff are great except for the night shift front desk who harassed me during my stay, if I'm not mistaken his name is Ian Dayrit.

At the beginning open buffet with very limited choices, then a la carte with more choices. Waiters were friendly and brought the food I liked. Friday and Saturday nights there were live music and dancing. Hotel price is pretty decent. Hotel is next to an open market and also very close to a supermarket. Hotel is also very close to the famous Walking Street. Hotel is not far from the SM mall.

Rest room a bit small but has a strong shower head with hot water. Only one elevator but it didn’t cause a big problem.

Breakfast was good. It is only buffet style when they have a certain number of rooms filled. Otherwise, they will make you a to order very nice breakfast which I liked better. The waiter who served most of my meals (the really nice guy who is always snapping his fingers in happiness) knew me by name, always greeted me, made sure all was well with my order, and made breakfast more enjoyable. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job and were very thorough. They are lucky to have such great employees who could easily work at a 5 star resort facility. Everything was very clean in the hotel. The front desk staff work hard and also know every guest by name. They had many white shirt trainees working with experienced staff which tells me they care about improving on an already great hotel. Nice job El Vistra!

Not much to improve on. They do a great overall job on the important aspects of a guest's stay. There were some very minor issues with my room and they took care of them immediately upon request, literally within 5 minutes.

A newer hotel with a very nice roof bar and pool area with a panoramic view of the area. The staff were accomodating and helpful. The room was tasteful and a good size with a view to the distance. The parking was convenient.

There was a rumbling noise above our room late at night as we were trying to sleep. We were unsure of the origin and forgot to mention it when we where checking out. As a seasoned traveler, this hotel requires a deposit when checking in and one has to wait for a room check before finalizing the check out. This is a thing at many establishments in the Philippines, except for higher end hotels. This always tempers my impression of the place.

The manager who takes care of the breakfast is amazing. He makes sure everything is perfect with your order, The buffet doesn't have much variety but enough for a decent filin. Staff is superb and kind

Not much to complain about really. Great staff and they all greet you by name so you know they are paying attention to the details of your stay. They will also allow you to store your luggage if you need to travel in between stays

This place is a few minutes walk from SM Clark. There are some massage parlours nearby and 7 Eleven is next to it. The rooms are pretty small and breakfast is horrible. Offering minimal options

the property is well situated to walking street and very easy to get “trike rides” the hotel staff is very friendly and they’ll even help you to get the rides.

only 1 lift, sometimes it can take slightly longer to move up and down.

Breakfast was a La cart but it was sufficient and delicious 😊Great view in breakfast area. The staff in breakfast area very friendly.

Cleaning of the room, changing the towels was not done daily. But when I mentioned them they took care of it.

For those who drive and would like to pafk at the Carpark, if your car is low please park outside. The entrance of car park might damage the bottom of the car.

All the staff are very good. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel. Very clean and very comfortable. You will really enjoy what you paid. Hope to come back again.
