For breakfast if you're a heavy breakfast eater you can go full breakfast cost varies. If you only want light breakfast there's also an option. It was good as it meets my expectation for people that varies their pallete. View from the breakfast area was amazing. It's beside the swimming pool.RRooms got very comfy bed that I didn't expect to have .All slept very good as we are very tired and bed comfiness is our main thing. Upon check in. Reception was very accommodating. late.Staff very attentive. The front guy whos been told at the concierge supposed to guide us thru our room is a downfall thou.He has been ask to take us to our room but didn't even bother. We have walked and find it ourselves. It's not even bc when we as we checked in late.First in my international travel experience .Someone assist people to their room.May it be with luggage or no luggage unless said by the guest. It should not be a big deal but we have an elderly with us and our concern is to get to the room quicker. Its probably not be big deal.if it's just me. But we have an elderly/senior travelling with us.This comment is just my opinion and based to where i stay. I travel and stayed in big fancy hotels and budget hotels and these are my own opinion and experience about the door man who guide you thru your rooms. The person at the restaurant also very accommodating. Good hospitality and attentiveness. We checked in late and the restaurant is closed for any orders. We went there just to see if we can just have one drink after the long journey. They accommodate us even if they're already clearing up.that was very nice.We tried the swimming pool as well the next day and was beautiful. Water was clean. Staff was very accommodating also.Me as a traveller would recommend the place.A bit far to the town but worth to try it out.Would recommend. We will comeback to try again as its a big place and would love to see other areas of the hotel.

My comment about the staff who assist guests to their room. They should guide them to their room unless said by the guest it's OK not to.Not sure if it's just us that day that is not assisted. But it's not even bc as every guest that time should all be resting by 9:30pm unless partying. Again this is based on my experience staying in different kind of hotels internationally.Theres always someone guide you towards your room.

The facilities are great! They have badminton court, basketball court, climbing wall, gym, play place for kids, swimming pools, and a good restaurant. They also have a rainy day promo for September and October this year, so the accommodation rates are affordable.

The drain in the bathroom did not work well in the room assigned to us on the second time we visited. Restaurant prices can also be expensive, except when it's a buffet and the options are quite varied.

The facilities, the selection of breakfast and extremely accommodating and friendly staff.

The location is great if you have your own vehicle as taxis don’t venture around the hotel. It was quite difficult to get a ride to town or anywhere else, Grab cars rarely accept rides, especially in the evenings. The third party taxi rate was extortionate- triple the rate of Grab.

I like the exclusivity of the place, making it easy to go around with our kids since we are still recovering from the pandemic. The staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. The Sunday lunch Filipino buffet was delicious. The kids loved the pool so much that they don't want to leave.

Only one elevator is working, and our room was moist and the floor was very cold due to moisture. The Saturday arab/indian buffet was not that delicious. Not a Pet friendly resort. I hope soon. I also hope that swimming time is adjusted earlier and late swimming is allowed bec 10-3pm is very hot, the time allowed for swimming is very limited.

We love everything about the place. Our room was seriously clean, this I know for sure because my kid loves to walk barefoot in the bedroom and his feet didn't get dirty! Bed, pillows and comforter were so comfy, we totally had a good rest. There were a lot of areas to roam around and take photos and the downtown city view was amazing. Staff we meet were all very courteous and polite. Food were delicious too, thought it was a bit pricey at first but they have big servings good for 2-3 people, so better to say they were reasonably priced. Just too bad kiddie pools were unserviceable during our stay because of the storm the night before.

Check in time is at 3PM and check out is 11AM, 2hrs less the usual 22hrs. We arrived around 2:40pm and they checked us in at 3:30PM. They only have 2 luggage trolleys and our stuff came in at 4:30pm, yes we waited another 1 whole hour. Staff were very apologetic and they were fully booked the day before and during our stay, hence all the delay. Aside from that, we had a lovely stay and we already decided to come back for sure.

You can never go wrong with this hotel! The staff are friendliest, the rooms are the cleanest, and the location is superb! My family and my girlfriend decided to stay here to celebrate my Father's birthday. The entrance and parking were beautiful with their green surroundings and huge rocky waterfall fountain. Upon entering the lobby, we were immediately greeted by the receptionists' smiles with their hands on their chests. They were very humble and well-spoken and proceeded to provide us with our room key cards. Their rooms were REALLY big and spacious with a tiny balcony that overlooked the Metro Skyline. The beds were soft and clean, the bathroom was well lit with complete toiletries, the bidet was strong, and the shower had hot water. We also had lunch at their restaurant, The Ridge Cafe, which served us the best Filipino cuisine you can have, they have a 3,000-worth family package that can feed 3-4 people. Again, up to this point, the staff and waitresses were still at their friendliest with their hands to their chests. In the afternoon, you can go outside of the room to enjoy the outdoor area where you can view the beautiful metro skyline while being surrounded by the green foliage of nature. You can have a relaxing me time or have a fun chat with your family and friends. At night time, you can enjoy the drinks at their bar, and enjoy some drinking food. We would also like to commend Prince, one of the bartenders at the bar for having us a taste of his new creation. Up to this point, the staff was still accommodating and really helpful with our orders. In the morning when everything is still silent, you can have a quick dip at their big pool, while enjoying the metro skyline. At the end of our stay was a slight sadness at the reality that we will go back to our former lives. This a true testament to our wonderful experience at Timberland Highlands Resort.

Awesome view and the staff are very accommodating. Food is also amazing. They even have sports/recreational area if you’re up to it. Lots of joggers and bikers in the area specially in the morning so its perfect for those who love to exercise in the morning

Some areas are not maintained anymore such as the kiddie pool and kids playground. My kids would have loved to stay in those particularly the toddler and kiddie pool. We also thought use of recreational facilities is free such as badminton but turned out you have to rent the equipment. Had I known this we should have brought our own badminton rackets so we can play for free.

A lot of friendly and attentive staff. I love the adobo in their breakfast & my kid was in love with the candy corner, of course. Practical size of the room. Great view of the city from the property.

The exterior of the property needs serious work and repainting. The exterior doesn’t go well with interior and what the property wants to imbibe their guests, which is a luxurious resort experience. The exterior makes the property look old, dirty and not well maintained. The waterslide need proper water pressure for it to work. A guy, obviously a staff, approached us while having breakfast, asked if we’re staying longer and i said unfortunately not & just left us without explaining what’s the purpose of him asking. Found it strange & rude. Up your game in your reception, maybe some music, more friendly and smiley staff and make it look more delightful.

Alacarte lunch was very good and price reasonable. The free breakfast buffet selection was exceptional! Service was excellent. They are all eager to be please and they did :) Special mention: the Ridge CAfe staff and manager :) View of the mountains were amazing and view of the city below at night were fantastic. Our room has these views from the small balcony.

To reach our room, from the lobby, we had to take a bit of a walk to the elevator , 2 floors down, a bridge walk, then another flight of stairs down. We were 'lost' the first time tho the view along the way were beautiful and open air. We enjoyed the 'walk' after that.
