The staff was very kind and polite, always accommodating when we have questions or requests. The place was always kept clean, with a very professional feel to it

Breakfast location kept moving around, but the staff were always kind enough to guide us to where the breakfast venue was being held I accidentally booked for 1 when it was supposed to be for 2. The price didn’t change when booking so i didn’t notice, but it cost us extra charges during the breakfast. It was an understandable mistake though. Everything else was great

Breakfast is a bit a chaos due to on going repairs. Weekends a bit more challenging due to staycation. The space for breakfast is not enough for guest and we need to wait for empty tables. additionally, seems like the record in the restaurant entrance is not matching the check in. I was always told that only 1 is complimentary breakfast when in fact we check in as 2 people and we have already almost a week already in the hotel and yet we are emabrassed to be told only one is complementary for breakfast.

Pools were pretty nice, breakfast was the full large spectrum with good quality. This I cannot put as a negative side, but the staff was so polite and service friendly that we, as northern europeans, felt at times a little puzzled when everybody called us "sir" and "madam", opening doors for us, greeting every time we went across each other etc.. so service was definitely very good, but we are just not used to that and felt strange :)

The only major minus is the location overall. Nearby shopping mall provides some activities, but there are no major nature tourist spots or other interesting activities outside the hotel besides eating out or shopping in the shopping mall.

The location was great. The hotel is walking distance to the Ayala mall. The check in process was fairly quick. The facility was nice.

The service at the restaurant was sub par. On our 1st day, we had to find our own table and all the tables were not cleaned so we ended up taking a table that is less dirty. No one came to ask if we need anything (drink). Meanwhile the servers seemed to be serving other customers who just walked in. One exception was on our last day. One of the server, Rica. She was the only one that provided the service expected at a hotel that's supposed to be top rated.

it’s a very good quick getaway coz it takes only 1 &1/2 hr drive from metro Manila and the first thing you will notice is how great the customer service are from the guard to the doorman, to the concierge ,bell boys, chamber maids, to waiters/waitresses to the pool staff..it makes your stay at ease and enjoyable!😊 kudos to all the staff and management who trained this people keep it up!❤️

The room that we had located at 8th flr (rm 810) to be exact has a great view of the bay it’s clean and the bed is comfy the only 2 downside is the drainage of their shower it’s creating flood during bath you need to manually push the water into the drainage hole so it won’t get out of the shower area and last at during our first night the ventilation panel that is on the ceiling near the door is leaking through out the entire time and can be hazardous esp if you have kids and elderly coz it makes the floor slippery 🙁

i requested a room with twin beds for me and my sister, and we got a nice room with view of a lake! They have a gym with some machines and free weights. Though not as extensive, was adequate. The staff was friendly and accomodating. I’d like to thank our housekeeper, Argie, who made sure our room was always tidy and clean.

Not very generous with supplying guests with bottled water. There were 2 of us in the room, but were only provided 2 bottles to share between us. The nearest grocery store is about a 15 minute walk from the property. Otherwise, the experience was good.

I like that there is no carpet because you are sure that the floor is clean. No sneezing.

The parking area near the hotel is full so I had to park on the farther end. It was drizzling that time. The hotel should at least have a covered walkway/pathway for those like me who does not want a valet to park my car. The way things are, we had to walk around instead of going straight to the hotel because there was nomother open path. Please look into this.

Good location. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls. It has a great view of the Nuvali park and its beautiful surroundings. Beds are comfortable. The Misto restaurant has a great decor and ambiance. It has a relaxed casual vibe and has a great view of the swimming pool. It’s a good place for coffee as well either indoor or outdoor. Staff are nice, polite and helpful.

Rooms look old and does not have enough lightings. It would be better if they will repaint and add more light to update/refresh the rooms. Hotel room lighting need to be bright enough to work, and cozy enough to relax.

Great location for family! Great selection of places to dine and meet friends. All good places is within walking distance. I've had a good experience checking in - customer service at its finest. I did not capture the name of the 2 gentlemen at the reception - our check in/checkout experience was stressfree and effortless! The service at Misto is good too. Very attentive crew!

Buffet breakfast selection. They have breads, spreads, cheese, fruits and egg station - these are good. However, the main viands are just corned beef and smoked bangus. Hopefully this improves soon.

The people were great, and everything you expect is there. They grant every little request and were above and beyond. I asked for a welcome note to my wife and they gave a tiny cake with it. The pools are nice. Breakfast is also good.

We were supposed to check in at 2 but an hour passed before we can even go up the room. Checkout time is not adjusted. The person on the front desk should also be careful with the information because he asked me and my wife about a different card he thought we used to book, while it is in the record that we used the same card we showed him. Maybe that’s why they’re quite inefficient in checking in and out. If you’d change the process or person in front (the one in the small table who checks everything who should delegate to the rest of those in front of the counter) then the check in and check out time could be better. The hotel also needs a little thorough, deep cleaning with couches and carpets. It looks a bit dated.
