My flight was delayed, I had limited internet time and I was able to agree with them, that my booking will stay in force, even though I would not be able to check in the same day. Location was good, with access to transport. Restaurants nearby. They have a parking garage.

Road noise comes in to the room quite strong. Windows are only single pane. I was surprised I could hear so much noise on 6'th floor. I did not think it to be possible for street noise to travel that high, as I have lived next to main road on 5'th floor and remember it being rather quiet. Shower water pressure could be better. No hair dryer.

Room is very spacious.Even there family room is very spacious.

The room was pretty good, the bed was nice and bouncy, the wifi was okay, the receptionists were really nice, and there's an available ATM outside the hotel exit.

The toilet smelled a bit when we got there though so we covered the drain using the trash can, there wasn't a proper parking space, and the pool was closed when we decided to go swimming.

Pretty much everything. My wife and I had stayed at Sarrosa before and we enjoyed it. We had booked the Sarrosa deluxe suite..it was huge and the bed was immense. The only issue last time was the jacuzzi tub. The water was barely worm. This time however, we booked the deluxe suite, but the hotel management upgraded us to the Sarrosa suite for the same price of the room. In addition, this time the water in the jacuzzi tub was very warm and enjoyable!!

Unfortunately, there was some hotel maintenance going on outside our room right by the air conditions and the workers were either painting or glueing and the fumes were being injected inside of the room which made use feel dizzy and nauseous. Luckily this happened about two hours before we checked out so we just left the room early.

We stayed in the Sarrosa suite and it was immense!! I have stayed all over the world and for the price the.room was gignormous. The bed could literally sleep 6 people. It was wonderful. The room had two powerful air conditioners that were very powerful and the bathroom had a nice size jacuzzi tub, loved it. The staff were very cordial and efficient.

The water for the shower and tub was only just warm. For how expensive the room was, it would have been nice to be able to adjust the temperature. In addition, for such a large room, the refrigerator was the same size as for a tiny room. It should have been larger. Lastly, the view was just ok!

the staff were excellent.They were very polite and made sure that our queries were being addressed. The room we got is spacious and comfortable.

Though the staff made a great job in cleaning the room daily, I believe it just needs an extra touch of deep cleaning. Not enough choices of food at breakfast. Sometimes the lobby is hot.

Extremely friendly staff and always there to help, All tours we took in cebu were able to pick us up at the hotel and it's a quick walk to restaurants and the mall

There was a smell coming from the trap in the washroom that wouldn't go away.

I THINK I WAS THERE IN 2019 DEC. SOME CHANGES HAS BEEN MAKE.. THE PRICE FOR THE ROOM WAS THE SAME BUT THE ROOM WAS SMALL.. I WAS NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT. BUT I BOUNCED BACK IT WAS A NICE STAY.

I enjoyed my stay here. I like that outside the hotel, there are so many restaurants nearby where you can satisfy your gastronimic cravings!

The wifi was kinda unstable sometimes.

My experience at this facility was very good. 5 ⭐. From the time we checked in, until we checked out. The staff was super friendly. If there was something I needed during my stay ( fresh bottled water) it was brought to my room extremely fast. Was always greeted with a friendly hello. Very clean rooms. Very clean elevator. Floors were clean as well.
