Solid front house, well organised, professional team at reception.

Everything was good except RAZEL. Don’t think her personality is a match for hospitality industry. She would be a better fit working for police or a prison supervisor. Sometimes an entire day would be ruined if RAZEL was on shift for breakfast.

Location was great! Ayala mall just next door if you need a quick buy in the grocery store. Surrounded my restaurants as well in the area. We had the one bedroom apartment. The bed is huge to accommodate 2 kids and me (4 yr old and 2 yr old). They have a sofa in the lounge area which they call a sofa bed but it is just a sofa but big enough for one person to sleep on. I chose a one bedroom apartment so my active kids have a bit of room to explore. I love that there is a dining table especially because we were tired to go dine out. Nothing beats dining in private when you have two very active little boys. Great shower. We had a bit of flush problem in the toilet but sorted itself out too. Breakfast options are good. Ambience is good. Nothing beats having a breakfast with a view. It is a city view. But a view nevertheless

None. Be mindful when you book. There are two Seda Hotels in Cebu. I have stayed on both. The Seda by the Ayala Center was not worth my money. The Seda Central Bloc is the way to go!!!! Exceeds beyond my expectation.

Fabulous hotel in an excellent location, and all the staff at this hotel are a huge credit to this hotel.

I left a couple of hundred pesos in change on the table, and when I came back this day, the change had gone. I mentioned it to the reception desk, and the girl said she would speak to the manager, but no one came back to me. This was a theft that one would never expect in a hotel of this standard. My second issue is with the air conditioner in the room, which was very loud and needs seeing to. Overall fabulous experience at this hotel, and I highly recommend it to everyone. Top hotel in the best location. 👏👏👏

The location was the primary reason I always choose this hotel. The next one is the apartment having the washer and dryer. And the staff were all very nice and hospitable. Very great service .

They cannot help me in getting a taxi ride that is good for 6 people and I have my family with me who do not know the area so we all need to ride together. They can only help arrange for a ride that is scheduled ahead of time and it is more expensive. Not all guest have a “GRAB TAXI” app which can help local citizens ask for a taxi ride that can accommodate more than 4 people.

My friend got allergy, and I ask if they have available anti-allergy medicine, she immediately brings the medicine to our room. I'm sorry to forget her name and say thank you she was night shift last Sept 8. I really appreciate your effort and caring gesture kudos to you! and she checked us in so fast even I just booked my stay due to my friend allergy. Location was perfect and accessible both grab and public transpo, near malls, restos, cafes and supermarket. Room was ok for the price.

I love the breakfast unfortunately coffee takes more than 30 mins to be prepared. Sorry Im a heavy coffee lover.

Location was ideal. Lots of eating options, cafes and restaurants. Shopping for essentials, groceries very convenient. Because it is located in IT PARK, the place lits up at night! Restaurant staff at Misto - thank you Raymart, Alexis and Kingswell for your professional service during breakfast, of my 8 days stay.Well deserving to mention. Also to the housekeeping staff, assigned to my room, always happy to assist me.

Certain fruits, like mangoosteen not allowed in the room. I had to speak to the duty manager to better explain the rationale behind. Eventually, it was delivered to our room. The hotel explained their side, I explained my side. So a compromise was reached! I stayed in the 1 BR apartment, with kitchenette, dining and living room, Please do include, mopping on the tiled floor (I had to personally ask the front desk to do this, was rather actioned after 4hrs!), dirt marks are quite visible on the white tiles after I return from a day out. Vacuum cleaning is essential too, I find broom mop not enough, I had to ask again for housekeeping to redo their broom mopping!

Treadmills in the gym are older and not many. Also there are two Ayala Malls and two Seda hotels ...weirdly both attached to the Malls !!! My cab driver upon request took me to the wrong twin same named hotel and Mall ....WHY would you do that ...name two the same in different places . I GOT LOST FOR HOURS !!! Cost me an evening out and I'll never forget what a dumb set up there is in CEBU ....My FOREVER story ....

Great view, nice neighbourhood and very helpful staff. Again my compliments for all staff, they where all perfect. Loved the breakfast.

Too bad late checkout was not possible, also we needed to wait to be seated for breakfast.

Close to Ayala malls, and restaurants that are open 24/7. There is a pharmacy right across the hotel. They offer sandwich for those who need breakfast before 6 am. Our hotel room was located on the 10th floor and we had a nice view of the IT park.

A bit expensive. Located a bit far from the airport and city center so expect pricey taxi fare. The lobby on the ground floor has a small seating area. Some guests are standing while waiting for their ride.

Location..Next to Ayala Central Mall. Plenty of restaurant around. Easy to flag a taxi if you need one. Easy access to a market which is accessible thru the hotel basement. Clean and room is bigger than your typical hotel room. Plenty of options on their breakfast buffet. Courteous, polite, friendly and pleasant staffs. Nice reception area. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. I also like it that the room has a blackout drapes. Also the room has a kitchenette with a small size fridge good to store water bottle and what not, few pots and pans. Glassware, real plates and utensils.

The kitchen has a chopping board but no knife so I have to request for it. No iron and ironing board, so I have to request for it. Doesn't provide enough toiletries. That's all! If I'm back in Cebu, definitely will stay at this hotel again and again.
