Location was great! Ayala mall just next door if you need a quick buy in the grocery store. Surrounded my restaurants as well in the area. We had the one bedroom apartment. The bed is huge to accommodate 2 kids and me (4 yr old and 2 yr old). They have a sofa in the lounge area which they call a sofa bed but it is just a sofa but big enough for one person to sleep on. I chose a one bedroom apartment so my active kids have a bit of room to explore. I love that there is a dining table especially because we were tired to go dine out. Nothing beats dining in private when you have two very active little boys. Great shower. We had a bit of flush problem in the toilet but sorted itself out too. Breakfast options are good. Ambience is good. Nothing beats having a breakfast with a view. It is a city view. But a view nevertheless

None. Be mindful when you book. There are two Seda Hotels in Cebu. I have stayed on both. The Seda by the Ayala Center was not worth my money. The Seda Central Bloc is the way to go!!!! Exceeds beyond my expectation.

Location was ideal. Lots of eating options, cafes and restaurants. Shopping for essentials, groceries very convenient. Because it is located in IT PARK, the place lits up at night! Restaurant staff at Misto - thank you Raymart, Alexis and Kingswell for your professional service during breakfast, of my 8 days stay.Well deserving to mention. Also to the housekeeping staff, assigned to my room, always happy to assist me.

Certain fruits, like mangoosteen not allowed in the room. I had to speak to the duty manager to better explain the rationale behind. Eventually, it was delivered to our room. The hotel explained their side, I explained my side. So a compromise was reached! I stayed in the 1 BR apartment, with kitchenette, dining and living room, Please do include, mopping on the tiled floor (I had to personally ask the front desk to do this, was rather actioned after 4hrs!), dirt marks are quite visible on the white tiles after I return from a day out. Vacuum cleaning is essential too, I find broom mop not enough, I had to ask again for housekeeping to redo their broom mopping!

Great view, nice neighbourhood and very helpful staff. Again my compliments for all staff, they where all perfect. Loved the breakfast.

Too bad late checkout was not possible, also we needed to wait to be seated for breakfast.

Location..Next to Ayala Central Mall. Plenty of restaurant around. Easy to flag a taxi if you need one. Easy access to a market which is accessible thru the hotel basement. Clean and room is bigger than your typical hotel room. Plenty of options on their breakfast buffet. Courteous, polite, friendly and pleasant staffs. Nice reception area. Check in and check out process was easy and fast. I also like it that the room has a blackout drapes. Also the room has a kitchenette with a small size fridge good to store water bottle and what not, few pots and pans. Glassware, real plates and utensils.

The kitchen has a chopping board but no knife so I have to request for it. No iron and ironing board, so I have to request for it. Doesn't provide enough toiletries. That's all! If I'm back in Cebu, definitely will stay at this hotel again and again.

I would just like to appreciate the staff of Seda Central Bloc for being the most acommodating. I have booked and requested for the 2 bedroom room and arranged it months in advance and the reservation staff have been very kind and considerate throughout the whole process. A day before me and my family were suppose to stay in their hotel my father was rushed to the hospital due to heart attack and had to cancel reservation at the last minute, I really appreciated how they made things so easy for me. I ended up staying 1 night only to wait for my local flight the next day. I can't wait to bring my family here soon.

The view is great, if you have a view. Breakfast is great, everyone is very nice. The employees are all very good trained.

We first got a room for elderly people. It felt bad, there was a smaller bed and had no view, the bathroom was for disabled people. If felt overpriced. The 2nd room we got had a great room and was not for elderly people. We got this room the 2nd day, should have been directly good. The staff is responsible for the bad room, the employe at least the desk did everything she could for us. Next time plan better.

It was our second time to stayed at this hotel. Every thing was wonderful, pleasant and enjoyable. We were impressed because the staff at the guest services recognized us and welcomed us with a smile. The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance to restaurant, mall, supermarket, etc..Easy to flagged taxi or take a grab. The hotel also allows you to store your luggage with them as long as you can, so long you have a future reservations with them. Our room was a good size, with comfortable bed on luxurious beddings. Overall, we really have enjoyed our stay and will stay there again once we are back in Cebu.

The bathroom needs to be updated especially in the shower area where molds/mildew are developing. It's not healthy and looks ugly. Not enough supply of kitchen wares and utensils since the room was equipped with a kitchenette. The breakfast station ran out of food so quickly and not being refilled fast enough. Service slow at times

The staff, especially the servers at breakfast, were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet has a huge variety and the staff helped us try some of the local Filipino options, explaining the different items and how they are eaten. It really enhanced our stay and provided a unique experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location has tons of restaurant options and we felt comfortable walking around the neighbourhood.

The 2-bedroom suite said it included a washer and dryer, but there wasn't one in the room.

After getting caught up in a fire at a near by condo development the team at Seda could not have been better and more accommodating. We have stayed at Seda many times but at this time where in a condo nearby as the large apartment in Seda was booked for our 3 month dates. After we where evacuated from Grand Residence due to a huge fire we did not have all our documents, wallets, id's etc.... Seda staff could not have been better. They helped us when we needed help and even then gave us a reduced rate while we awaited access to get our belongings. From the the front entrance staff to the management I can not speak more highly of this team. Thank you all again. I would also like to give a shout out to Emile at the rooftop restaurant team. If you have not been there get yourselves onto the 17th floor and try out the menu. See you very soon.

the location is the in Cebu city , everything is beyond reach , food .shopping , supermarket is just beside the hotel . malls and boutiques are just in the same building means you can go thru the bridge at 5th floor it’s connecting from the hotel to the mall you don’t need to go down and walk thru the street. big Rose Pharmacy is just infront of the main entrance . all food chains are just the corners . there are barbecue house , resto with live bands for 24/7 are just walking distance . Bus and jeep Terminal is just at the back of the hotel . you can go to any part of Cebu via bus or jeep if you want not to spend much with the grab or taxi

it was almost perfect if only Bidet was there .
