My stay at Toyoko Inn Cebu was a pleasant experience. The hotel offered great value with its clean and comfortable rooms, perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met. I especially appreciated that the hotel is attached to a mall, providing added convenience. The internet connection was reliable, with Wi-Fi available wherever you are in the hotel—whether in the lobby area on the 6th floor, the lower ground floor, the dining area, or in the bedroom. The hotel also provides a free shuttle bus that picks you up from the airport or takes you there, which made travel so much easier. There’s an area on the Lower Ground Floor selling beverages and snacks, open 24 hours—perfect for late-night cravings. The buffet breakfast was simple yet satisfying, a great way to start the day.

While my stay at Toyoko Inn Cebu was generally enjoyable, one issue stood out. The air conditioner in my room started leaking during the 3rd and 4th nights of my 4-night stay. Although the maintenance staff came several times to fix it, the issue kept recurring. It typically happened late at night. While the maintenance staff is available 24/7, I didn’t call for maintenance again because I was already too tired and sleepy, and I knew that if I did, I would have to stay awake and lose precious sleep. Unfortunately, this inconvenience affected my overall rest.

My family loved the cleanliness of the entire hotel.Our room, the reception area, dining area, hallways, etc. A peaceful place and the breakfasts buffet satisfied us a lot. Foods served were adequate and healthy.The staff were accommodating and polite esp.the one who fetched us from the airport. Kitchen staff, guards, receptionists and others were respectful and attentive.One of the best places for family to stay in Cebu.It was an indelible stay. I am looking forward to coming back again with loved ones.Great value for money. Thank you so much, Toyoko Inn.

No pool for children but it's alright.We did not visit Cebu to swim.We were there to eat and explore the city with my children. Quite far from convenience stores and restaurants but Grab food and Grab car are just around the corner.

The room is quite, good for alone people like me, the area have many foods store outside. There was also a free drink and free breakfast. The breakfast is good as well and caters Filipino food and more on Japanese snacks as well.

it's actually quite far in the City, and the pickup and drop off entrance is not much visible to the public, so the rider who dropped me off went through the back parking and the guards does not know what Toyoko inn is, then the grab the picked me up also went a long way so I had to walk just to keep up to the driver.

The room is spacious, comfortable beds and pillows, and very clean. the breakfast buffet has a variety of choices, the staff are friendly and helpful. We had to leave our luggage since we arrived earlier than the check-in time. The location is just a step closer to the mall.

We could not find any faults except that we were unaware of the time of the welcome drinks. The staff should've told us during pre-check-in. But it's totally fine.

buffet breakfast so delicious and so many choices meals. the family room good for 4 pax is reasonable price and clean.

for me better they will explain well about the prices at booking.com coz when i booked over there then they don't accept my card but it says my booking is confirm but when we arrive during the payment, i wonder its not the same price shows from booking.com and the hotels that i booked so, as for me its too confuse about the prices. hope they change the procedure and make it very clear to the costumer to avoid arguing to the staff.

I like the cleanliness and how well-maintained the room was, I was also impressed by the bathroom. The service was also excellent, I commend the staff who gave us a warm welcome. The breakfast buffet was a very satisfying treat and I appreciate the amount of food choices

Pretty much the same quality as the Toyoko inn I stayed in Japan. The beds were really comfortable and the AC in the room was new and quiet. The staff in the hotel were helpful and friendly. The room is small but has everything you need, including good water pressure. There's an on-site massage place for a very affordable price and they even provide free shuttle service to the airport. Great stay!

The rooms were clean and well maintained and the staffs were great. The menu option or the breakfast buffet menu has a wide variety. It is a family friendly hotel. Our kids were free to stay and also free for breakfast.

You can only put your luggage/bags under the bed as there was no closet. But there were clothes hangers.
