Friendly and accommodating staff.. Nice place.. Very safe and secure. Will definitely recommend the place. Near the port..

Bed foam and pillow are hard and blanket is thin.. And btw, no hot shower. These are the only complain. And also there was a blackout of the whole island when we were there. No fault of the resort. And they assist us greatly especially in water.

Breafast was good and cook was more than accommodating.

Location! it’s near the port. Staffs were really nice, accommodating and attentive. the only downside was the experienced when we checkin.

When we arrived, the staff was surprised and asked us if we booked online since they don’t see any bookings for that evening and I told them yes and showed her my booking confirmation. We waited while she contacted her boss and she told us later that they haven’t seen that I booked in their hotel. i told them again that my bank account has already been deducted. it’s a little stressful waiting since we traveled for almost 10 hours and we have kids. I don’t know if it’s the signal or there’s no proper communication between staffs.

Had a weird smell in bathroom, toilet wouldn't flush properly. Didnt have a kitchenette - fridge or kettle for coffee but can order coffee and breakfast at their on site restaurant

Location wise was good near from the port so easy access. It's accessible to the market as well.

The beach is not as good as expectation because it's not so clean. The rooms facilities some not working like the tv. There's no free breakfast. It's not worth paying much for the stay.

Not much. Breakfast was for one day enough. Only instant coffee with creamer was served. Green tea was available only. Location with the beach is okay. The beach chairs etc. are not the newest.

The booking was incorrect, it was booked 2 standard rooms and not 3. Cocotel charged for three rooms and I did not received the refund up to now. The drain in the toilet / shower was smelling totally ugly. The paint at the ceiling cracked. You had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The room and toilet/showerwas not cleaned by the staff once. Also the bed linen have not been changed during the booked days. All has to be arranged by yourself! Breakfast was for one time good enough. Only instant coffee with creamer was served. Green tea was available only. Location with the beach is okay. The beach chairs etc. are not the newest looking old and dirty.
