The Bamboo design and accommodating staff

The junior suite has bigger room, bigger bed, bigger bathroom, and cheaper. But the Suite room which is more expensive has smaller room smaller bed smaller bathroom. There were also cockroaches in the suite bathroom

This accommodation is ideal for a very relaxing holiday right by the sea. We really liked the concept of the bamboo buildings. The always friendly and helpful staff will fulfill your every wish, even if something is not on the menu. Activities such as island hopping are also offered. Despite the large amount of sand around the resort, the rooms were always clean. We would check in there again at any time.

I can't t say anything negative

The room had the wow factor when we arrived, very spacious bedroom and bathroom. Traditional look and enormous bed which was very comfortable. the bathroom was spacious and well equipped, no hot water, but why would you in the Philippines?

The towels here are very thin and quite small, so we did need more of them during the stay. Tiled floor was very slippery when wet so be careful

Location is superb. Near and walking distance to restaurants and MJ Square. Near and walking distance to Kota Beach. Location is also peaceful 🥰 Staff are super friendly and nice. They welcomed us and they have Great service 🥰 Amenities is exceptional. Couldn't ask for more. Beachfront, so you wake up every morning to a wonderful view, waves and a perfect Sea Breeze at night. 🥰🥰🥰

Just the water you use for taking a bath or shower. Kinda salty but bearable :)

A hidden gem tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The staff were exceptionally friendly at all times and were most helpful arranging our transfers for our early morning return journey to the ferry. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cool and spacious and the large balcony, seating area and hammock was perfect for early morning sunrises and evening chill-out space. The sunbathing terrace was well used by us and staff were always on hand to provide refreshments. The food was extremely well priced and we enjoyed many evening meals by the chef. The drinks were very competitively priced also. Some people don’t like the low wall that separates the complex from the beach but we could see how necessary it was to prevent both erosion of the site and protection from the high tides otherwise the resort would be spoiled.

The shower worked fine but it was a bit feeble to what we are used to but that could just be the way things are on the island? No problem.

no beach that you could walk into without going down the stairs or around and outside the property hot water and pressure not very good would be nice if it had bean bags like the ones they have at amihan cabanas on the beachfront our original room was a junior suite and I didn’t like how the bathroom had blue and white tiles that didn’t match the Filipino theme. I would recommend booking the classic villa as the whole theme flows and bathroom feels very natural

Excellent location right on the beach, but also close enough to the restaurants and bars in town. The room are cleverly designed out of bamboo and the balcony overlooking the sea is an excellent place to chill. Staff always happy to help and serve with a smile.

Having to walk through the shower area to get to the sink and toilet is rather odd, as you get wet feet if the shower has been used recently. if you get breakfast included in your booking, they only offer a Filipino breakfast and you have to pay extra to have anything different.

The staff is super friendly. There are amazing dogs on duty to protect you. They have a local breakfast The view every morning is just amazing The Architecture of the building makes it look like out of a dream. The building design is well thought off.

Even though the design is good, the house is being eaten since it is made out of bamboo. It could thus be better protected. There is no water pressure, so a shower is not really nice. The fan and airco make a lot of noise, which takes a while to get used to.

The staff was amazing …Steph, Mae, Arnold, Dorbi …everyone was just delightful. They made the stay extraordinary!!

The units could use some upgrades …air conditioning struggles to keep room cool enough. Bathroom needs to be remodeled. Stray cats need to be removed.

First, the staff are really nice, the accommodations were in a native style which was really great. The location was awesome and even though the beach was not very clean it was really nice as well. The food was tasty and the price was quite good 👍

There were ants everywhere (Well that's common because there's a coconut tree ). We requested a fried rice for 2 times but we received plain rice 😅. Some of the things need a fixing.
