I liked the location since it was centrally located and near everything I wanted to see. The traffic was heavy, but it was still quiet at night so I could sleep well. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and was quick to respond when asked to do a favor. They did an excellent job of cleaning my room when asked to. The staff at the front desk was very accommodating and helpful when asked to do extra things for guests. Very friendly.

I didn't like the fact that housekeeping didn't clean my room unless I asked them to. Any other hotel I have ever stayed at they clean your room every day without being asked. Also, the Wi-Fi was very bad and only worked about half of the time I was there. I had to go to the cafe next door to use their Wi-Fi when I needed it. At 75 years old I also had trouble climbing the stairs and would have preferred an elevator or escalator to get to my room. Just my personal opinion.

Hotel doesn't have a lift option, so if you carrying heavy luggage you need to manage by your own to bring it to second floor. Before booking had issues with advance payment, if hotel policy saying that no need advance payment, so it should be like that too. But overall experience was good.

Location is very accessible in all, pharmacy,7/11,palawan, grocery, Sm, Robinson... I like it

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child and i expect to pay whats in the website but i was surprised pg dating namin need dw Namin mg upgrade ng room ksi ung nsa website dw na pina pa reserve nila is for 1-2 persons lg. They dnt offer extra mattress so no choice but to upgrade the room buti nlng may extra money 🤣🤣 The a.c noise was so loud and the outage.. di ko na inisip ung extra payment 🤣🤣 ayaw ko ma sira ung bakasyon namin 🤣🤣

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location is very convenient since its just a few meters away from a 7/11 store and SM Lanang. There's a laundry mat nearby as well. The staff are ready to accommodate you since they have 24hr front desk.

I wish they have a small closet where you can at least place your bag or clothes in case guest are there to stay for more than a few days.

The location is perfect. Pretty close to everything. Value for money.

Noisy A/C. Bring your own toiletries (shampoo and soap). No elevator (it's good exercise but not good if you have health issues).

i like the cozy ambiance

the signal was poor in the room i was assigned i need to stay on a certain spot to ger signal. there was no wifi given.

Property is very close to SM Lanang, in front of Robinsons Supermarket and easy to commute to and from famous landmarks of Davao.

Restrooms don’t have any bidet available which is so sad for our group. They also don’t have available irons (plantsa) to offer even if for a fee.

very close to the SM mall. very close to Starbucks, JollyBee. Mc Donald’s ext. Lots of parking in the back of hotel with 24/7 security!!! Staff was friendly and accommodating!!! Air con worked great! they take credit cards 👍 definitely will stay again!

Sometimes the WiFi doesn’t work. Also, the charge for the early check in as advise was 500 and later on they change it to 600.
