Behind an old Filipino-Hispanic façade lies a recently updated bed and breakfast with modern comforts and hospitality that will blow you away! Pros: international 4-star hotel level rooms furnished in the traditional Filipiniana style. It's reminiscent of the old ancestral houses in the Philippines BUT with a Samsung air conditioner, Sharp flat screen TV, a well-stocked mini bar, a hot and cold shower, night lights, and ultra fast WiFi. Impeccably clean bedroom / bathroom / toilet. Comfy bathrobe. Plush pillows. Soft towels. Heaps of storage space and an open wardrobe. Toilet exhaust fan (both a rarity and a luxury in the hospitality industry these days - don't ask me why). Good traditional / Filo à la carte brekky. Go for the corned beef! It was a decent portion. The pineapple was sweet and very juicy. EXCELLENT service! We were treated like royalty!

Cons: "challenging" door lock mechanism, no phone to ring the main reception area, limited parking. That's about it.

You can tell that the people who owned this place care about it very much a very nice place to relax.  The people there are very accommodating!  Their attention to detail and their standards are amazing! The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is luxurious!  the room we stayed in came with a fully stocked, mini bar and snacks if you’d like. I will be staying there at least four times a year as I travel between Mindanao and Mactan–Cebu. They have a very beautiful second floor terrace where you can sit and eat your lunch or drink a cold beer and watch all the traffic go by it’s very relaxing. I would say it is one of the nicest places I have stayed.

Beautiful stylish rooms with lots of space, comfy beds and pillows. Beautiful big modern bathrooms The breakfast was really good, they even accommodated my being a vegetarian who is allergic to eggs and made me something else to eat, which was unexpected but lovely of them. Beautiful gardens to walk around in.

Nothing really. There wasn't a kettle or proper sized mug in the room, but they probably would have given me one if I asked. They had a coffee pod machine instead, but I don't drink coffee. So I took my tea bag downstairs and they got me a cup and water. The road is loud outside but it quiets down at night and is fun to sit on the verandah and watch all of the tuk tuks and Baò Baòs go by.

I was more than surprised about how extraordinarily the hotel is equipped ! . Super stable WiFi . Super stable electricity . Good aircon . Big TV screen with plenty of channels. . HiQuality Bathroom with CR and shower and big mirror A hidden surprise in Dipolog City. Nice patio area for breakfast. And breakfast is cooked according to your order : . Pinoy style . European style . U.S. style

Towels didn't smell that well, but we always got replacements upon request :)

Room ideal nicely set up and clean. staff was very helpful and accommodating. Turn air con on before we got there so it was ideal. Temp in room. Love that. This hotel was almost ideal and perfect i would definitely go back here again. Just need more variety restaurant menu. And could use more parking as it was limited.

The staff werevery accomodating and kind. They welcomed us with open arms and treated us with excellent care. They showed such friendly attitudes. We love our stay and will recommend them to our friends.

This hotel was better than I had anticipated. The location is good as it is on a Main Street with some restaurants around and also it is easy to find local transport from here. The room was well equipped with hot water, hair dryer, table chair etc. The restaurant is semi-outdoor with a garden behind, which is nice for a relaxed evening meal/drink.

The rooms are facing the restaurant, therefore if there is a party of family gathering happening, the noise seems to sneak into the rooms. A better soundproof door with card access instead of keys would help.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful the staff are so kind and friendly the rooms are lovely the bed is comfortable and the garden is amazing superb breakfast highly recommended

The room was spotless, the bed big and comfy, the AC was perfect and quite. And the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The restaurant closes at 8.00pm a time when most westerners are going out for dinner , but it seems to be the general rule in Dipolog most restaurants were closed by 8.00pm.
