Very accommodating staff! No exceptions-- from the guard at the parking lot and door entrance to those at the front desk to the staff at the Fields where we had dinner and those at the Atrium were we availed of the free breakfast, the housekeeping staff and everyone else we met during our stay - they were all very courteous, friendly and helpful. Good food was served daily for breakfast and especially at Fields on the 8th floor. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. After a tiring duty day it definitely felt like home where one can have a good rest.

Very helpful and nice staff. Room was spacious and well clean and very good breakfast. We eventually decided to extend our stay by a few days to enjoy all the facilities and even let our parents spend a day with us with a daily pass from 3 PM to 11 PM to enjoy the facilities and they even got to use a room to nap and getting changed. Their swimming pool is really nice and friendly for kids as it's not too deep. There's also an area on the side of the swimming pool area for yoga and meditation. The gym is small but has everything you need to exercise, what I loved the most in they gym is there's no music and we could even hear the crickets outside making us very relaxed even when training.

The only thing that was missing in our room is blackout curtains. When the sun is up, light gets in the room even with the blind closed, unfortunately this disturbed our sleep from 6 am. Otherwise everything else was great!

Staff were amazing. Buffet breakfast was exceptional. I love the local breakfast dishes they served. Teven from Cebu would help us load our stuff in the car and open doors for us every time. The night security staff was very responsive to our needs too. Jezzamine the cleaning staff, was exceptional.

No business center to print my boarding pass nor business forms. Receptionist offered to print it but I had to send it to their email. At one point, I asked the receptionist if they have any toothpaste. They didn't have any downstairs and they referred us back to the room attendants. The staff had the toothpaste when we got to our room though.

The staff were excellent in providing services, information, and we'll trained in meeting my needs. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I will use this hotel in my future visits.

At the period I stayed, the hotel's services, staff, and suppirt were excellent. I have visited many hotels in the USA, Germany, Africa, and in Asia. This can be natch and exceeded my expectations. Compare to other hotels I've stayed, I didn't leave Survey because nothing stands out. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations from receptions, to the guard, safety (because I ran outside in the morning), and staff in food service were great and well trained. I highly recommend this hotel. I will use this hotel in my future visits!

I like the food. We just order some room service for dinner. People were friendly. They have a room for 4, so it was good.

We checked in on a sunday and was looking forward after dinner to listen to some music or band. But apparently it was closed on a sunday. We dont know if it was the next room or the room above us, it was so noisy as if they were doing some construction on the room at midnight.

They have a nice variety of rooms to accommodate small and large family bonding. The location is nicely placed just outside of Dasma. Dasma doesn't really have any nice hotels, so opening the Bayleaf was a Godsend. The breakfast is good, again with a nice variety. The staff was professional and friendly. We plan on returning there on our next trip.

I liked the breakfast and the food selections, My friends loved the pool happy hour. Staff was very accomodating to our needs. Very professional and friendly.

There was a lot of noise coming from upstairs. Either construction or the constant movement of furniture. I wish they had a shuttle to the local golf courses.

We love our overnight stay in Bayleaf! The staffs are friendly and really accommodating. The foods served were so exceptional! It was really amazing that such a hotel exists in GenTri, it was really a lucky find. I was looking for a good place to have just a chill night and it was a good thing that I came across Bayleaf. My friends and I have only high praises for the hotel. The pool area was very beautiful as well. Already recommended the hotel to other people :)

The location was kind of inaccessible to comvenience stores. Hoping that the management would consider atleast partnering with food stores or mini stores.

Value for money is worth the price. The staffs are very accommodating. The facilities are well maintained. Had an early check in and most of the requests were granted. Thank you team, well done!

Hope to have a terminal or a place for commuters, like if they can offer shuttle service, if some guest do not have there own car (If there is already, I am not aware). More options for the breakfast buffet. If they can also have a room or suite with bath tub, this is greatly appreciated!
