The location ,size of the room , swimming pool ,breakfast and staff.

Very small things .The smell of the fridge is bad the size of the toiletries are too small for a 2 day stay and a group of four .But over all are really good .I will still recommend and be back again in your hotel.

The room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast okay however, coming from Canada I’m used to actual milk in my coffee, not powder. I brought my own milk. 100 Islands is superb and the giant statue of Jesus Christ is inspiring for my faith!

This building has some rooms like ours with a window facing only into the hallway. I attached a photo. The builder could have built a nice balcony on the opposite side overlooking the pool. Instead a 4 story high blank concrete wall overlooks the pool. It’s kind of sad what could have been a really nice romantic suite. I’m speaking as a tradesman working in the building industry.

This is my third stay at The Rustic Crown, the staff are all extremely helpful, attentive and if you have any issue or query they are very fast to provide assistance. Restaurant offers a nice selection of food and the pool and roof terrace are incredible at night. The hotel is located in a position that it is not too busy, but you can also reach tourist sites or the main city proper within 5 minutes and there is always a hotel shuttle ready to take you where you need to go. I honestly look forward to my next stay here, I will definitely be back at some point

Only downfall is nowhere available to cook your own food, aside from that, no complaints at all

Great staffs from checking in to checking out!!!Linda is very nice and very welcoming to us. Linda made sure we are taken care of, she knows we don’t have means of transportation to the wharf and she called the service stuff to drive us to the wharf. She also called the resort for us that we want to visit for a day to make sure we will be accommodated. That small thing is great because we were able to know when to go. She made us feel good and the hotel is very clean and nice. Rustic is the place where you should stay when you are in Alaminos.

The staff were friendly and attentive. Any request was handled immediately. The pool jets and waterfall feature was turned on just for me and made for an incredible picture. Staff and security are available 24/7, there is a hotel shuttle that took me anywhere I needed to go. Very impressed, I highly recommend staying here if you wish to visit hundred islands

Maybe a grill or shared kitchen could be made available for guests to use. I missed not cooking 😅

There was a little problem with our booking upon arrival but Linda was so helpful and very nice and sorted it out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and helped us out with any problems and questions. The breakfast was very nice with different options. The swimming pool was amazing we all really enjoyed swimming in it. The rooms were very clean and spacious and beds were comfortable

The breakfast portions could be a bit bigger or a buffet available but it is understandable due to the space and restaurant.

Well-maintained room, Great shuttle service on demand, very friendly staff, great ambiance, the rooms look better than the photos published, local cafe may have limited food options & timing, but the staff are always willing to take you to the nearest restaurant and help you out.

The Inhouse cafeteria closes and 8:30 PM and was closed at 6:00 PM on New year Eve

Room was clean, bed is firm , hot water is good, bathroom is clean. But exceptionally praiseworthy is customer service. We were received warmly despite late arrival. Also, we requested the hotel staff if they could purchase for us Bangus and longanisa (;since these were good when we had breakfast) and they did !!! Such an amazing hotel team ! I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

The bathroom sliding glass door need to be secured as it may go off the rail if not handled gently.

The staff are great and very accommodating. They were all professionals. The location is very close to the Tourist center where you can rent a boat for the day's island hopping. They have an electric tuktuk that they use to drop us off at the tourist center. The hotel restaurant serve good food for pulutan and dinner and we even used the alfresco bar area until the morning hours.

Nothing really or maybe just the wrong location of the bidet.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. Nice to have room service since we wanted a literal staycation.

There were ants on the wall and on our bed.
