Clean hotel. Fast check in and check out.

We wanted to order a bucket of ice thru room service. We phoned every possible department but no one is answering. Until several minutes later, my partner decided to go down the reception and guess what, the staff verbalised he didn't hear any phone ring. Imagine if it was an emergency and the phone isn't working, how bad could it have been.

Check In was Excellent! Thank you Irene. Bar Staff (Cliff, Jade, Arnell and Jeff) were excellent. Kept me company while I was drinking in the wet weather. Overall good stay, food was good.

Music at the bar - Not accomodating to playing any drinking or party song to enjoy those yummy beverages. House music played throughout the whole day and was the same playlist every other day. This drove me insane I took my EarPods lol besides that, no other issues.

I liked the room everything is clean, swimming pool is good,we enjoyed swimming,hotel staff very humble and kind.

The last time we stay in hotel last end of March 2023 was really good the breakfast buffet I mean we liked the food we enjoyed, it's worth it. But my concern this time to be honest the breakfast buffet is really bad, It looks like carenderia food, it's better to eat outside like MacDonald's, Jollibee etc., I'm sorry just to be honest,I hope you can upgrade/improve the breakfast buffet,I mean it's not worth it the amount we payed for the breakfast buffet.

Everything! From the accommodating staff, to the nearby hotel beach, to our packed breakfast, to our morning breakfast...it was excellent for a very reasonable price! There was a van offered to pick us up at the airport and was "roomy." All the luggages were sent to our rooms, plus of course I have no problem tipping the staff. They were amazing and personable! The lobby was world-class! Fruit-infused water was readilly available upon arrival for the guests. Tours were also offered. I had no idea they offered island tours close to our hotel. Next to the hotel are restaurants, of different cuisines. Love it! The walk around the area is definitely safe for foreigners and guests. I'll definitely come back to this hotel. I love it! And oh, they offer very late check out for those who have a later flight for a fee. It's worth it if you want to catch a few hours of sleep before flying. I had an excellent stay at Savoy. I'm going back for sure!

the hotel was very clean staff very friendly breakfast was really good. The taxi from airport to hotel was excellent taxi driver so friendly and was the best start to trip you could of hoped for. a lovely welcome to cebu. hotel air conditioned which was a joy to come back to.

only downside beach was lovely but facilties toilets changing area were very poor toilet was dirty low pressure on water no toilets paper didn't flush. it was a shame as everything was of the highest standard. 10 mins walk from hotel but didn't always want to be walking back and fourth in the heat.

Landed in CEB international airport a little after midnight, had informed the staff prior to arriving at the hotel that we'd be needing to check in late. Was happily accommodated and everything went smoothly. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed a large selection with both Western breakfast and Filipino aspects. The pool (like most pools in the Philippines) was not heated but had a very nice view of the city.

The transport arrangement between hotels was expensive, hence having to take a taxi instead. It was quite expensive to be picked up from the airport as well in my opinion. The lobby was a bit hot and stuffy.

It's our second time in Savoy as this is our go-to-hotel the night before our flight since it is near the airport. The hotel is clean, as well as our room. Good breakfast buffet. Walking distance to restaurants, 7-11, watsons and Robinsons supermarket

They let my fiance change into a t-shirt cause wearing sando in the buffet is not allowed and improper. I guess that only implies to only men. We booked for a superior deluxe room but it is small. At least they gave us a queen bed.

Staff are nice and address our concerns immediately. I find the food really good there's different variety everyday. There's a shuttle that goes to the beach and back to the hotel at certain schedules. The location is in New Town Mactan, and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. There's also a grocery store and 711 nearby. I would likely visit again during an off-peak season.

I booked 3 suites for my family and one room has alot of defects like the sliding door to toilet got stucked, leaking bidet, no coffee machine, kettle with rewired plug was not working, and our room door was also quite hard to open...I think theres alot of things worn out already even if the hotel is relatively new.

The frontdesk (check-in) was good enough to accommodate my request to have our rooms be close to each other (despite the number of clients that day). The breakfast buffet was delicious and I like the idea that my dried fish and eggs can be cooked on the spot the way I want.

Not optimizing the front desk. When we went, a lot of people were on the check-in counter because of the ATC problem for flights. The check-out counter was free, and the staff there were chatting. If the computers on the check-out counters cannot check-in clients, then that's a lapse on the management and its system. However, one only needs to man the check-out counter, and the rest could've helped the staff on the check-in counter.

Breakfast buffet is tasty, staff is super attentive and nice. Go early, because it can be so busy at times that you need to wait for a table. The restaurant is a good choice to eat during the day--well-prepared food at reasonable prices. Excellant location here, in "Newtown", on the wide clean sidewalks, restaurants and condos that is about a 10 minute stroll dpwn to the main roads of Lapu Lapu. And a peaceful 10 minute stroll to the small, white sand private beach of the hotel--lots of places to sit if you prefer to just take in the scenery.

The bathroom fixtures (in my room on floor 12A) were outdated. and small bathrooms--actually, the room size itself was very small--I often wondered if it was measured correctly)
