We liked the set up pf the place. It was hidden and we enjoyed our time.

The internet connection. During our stay we have family members that needs to work and hoping to enjoy their time with us but the internet connection keeps on being interrupted and at one point inaccessible. They had to go home early instead of enjoying the full stay. Also, there should be a 24/7 housekeeping or atleast someone st front to assist for certain matters like lost of internet connection and other amenities.

Good location in Malate, nice swimming pool that gets sun so water not cold. Good for its price. Breakfast is included.

Rooms need renovation, no reception/lobby at night and the access is through a dark alley. They don't clean your room every day which is unacceptable in a country where a cleaning person's pay for a week is less than the cost of one room for one night.

I first stayed in Adriatico Suites in 2018. Since then I have been there 5 times and it's still my no.1 choice in Malate, the old part of Manila. It's located in the back of a small side street of buzzling Adriatico and therefore it's perfect if you're seeking for a good night's sleep or a quiet place to relax after a long sightseeing day. It has a gated entrance and is very safe. What I most like about the place is its charming family atmosphere and cozy interieur. The patio with its nicely illuminated pool has a roofed seating area which is perfect for reading, smoking or meeting fellow travellers. Every time I arrive there I feel a little bit like at home. The rooms are basic but nice and clean. Some offer views to the pool area. If you are after glitzy, bling-bling 5-star hotels this is not the place for you, then go to Makati or BGC...but there you don't feel the real Manila vibe. Breakfast is great and everybody of the staff is very friendly and helpful. There are plenty of nightlife and shopping options in walking distance.

My last stay was in Oct 2022 and I had one of the spacious rooms with kitchen in the side building. It was clean as always (nothing to complain about that...) but the bathroom, kitchen and cabinets are a bit worn and need refurbishment. In this room there was also no safety locker (which the other rooms in the main building have). I asked to lock my valuables at the reception but it wasn't possible. Once again the place is very safe and I trust all of the staff but having the option to lock your valuables is a must in a hotel.

Third time in this hotel and i really appreciate it as always. I go there each time i'm going in Philippines. The people are extremely nice, helpful and do all to make your stay the most enjoyable as possible . The breakfast is so so good, delicious, the best i had so far with lots of choice. The room is confortable with all you need (fridge, glass, cup, electric kettel). The shower is spacious with hot water anytime. The pool is nice and the area inside the hotel very enjoyable. It's also very safe and quiet even if it's in an animated part of the town. The area outside the hotel is good too with a big mall very close. A very good Laundry is not too far from the hotel (between the hotel and the mall). All is perfect

The room was smelling not so good so we had to buy some air freshener as i have a very sensitive nose.

It's the second time i got to this Hotel and i can say all the staff members are really nice, they do all they can to make you feel comfortable. I was in a room ground floor (first floor for the hotel) and i didn't really like it, i requested a new room and they change me for a bed and breakfast room with view on the pool. I didn't pay extra fee and i was feeling much better. The room was confortable, the view was nice, the pool is nice, people are very helpful and nice, the place is well located if you want to go to museum (free), beach, parks and other good places. The mall is very near and if you need to do laundry you can find a very good one close to the mall. The room was very clean and good. The breakfast is the best i ever had in all the hotel i stay in, you have lots of choices and it's excesively good, you can even have filipino breakfast that i recommand. All was perfect and i know i will go back to this hotel each time i go to Manila.

The first room i had in ground floor (first floor) was not very good and i was expecting better but they change my room and i felt so relieve.

Fourth time in this hotel. Good location close to the mall, nice pool and good breakfast. Very good laundry service near the hotel (XYZI Laundry Service).

The Wi-Fi connection was not good (all the time messing up). Even if it's written on the rules to not make noise at night, many other customer were doing lots of noise at night. The Room had a weird smell i didn't really appreciate. I wanted to changed the room kind and asked it several day before coming but the person of the hotel was not cooperative and i had to contact Booking to solve the situation.

I like everything. I booked the place for me and my family and chose it according to what we will need and upon arrival on the property I can say it exceeded my expectations. It wasn't so perfect but it was a really good and satisfying stay even just for a night. My family even wished we had stayed there longer. Still, we have a specific itinerary to follow as the main purpose of our Manila trip was to bring me to the airport the night of the next day and it was just a side trip like we did when I arrived in Manila. I love that the place is clean and we could enjoy the pool by ourselves that night and the kids love it. We had a wonderful stay and I would book this place again for me and my family when we visit somewhere near the place again. The staff were also very accommodating from beginning to end, something that I appreciated because we had a bad incident when I came to Manila and booked 4 rooms in a hotel we got traumatized and the hotel staff (the receptionists) made us feel like we stole something. The thing was there was an 8,000 pesos deposit and it made sense that they won't let us go easily just to get that deposit but they made us feel like thieves for a mere "allegedly" missing towel. So I love that we enjoyed our stay at Adriatico Suites even just for a night.

The shower pressure was very low otherwise nothing was wrong with the place or our stay.

Upon arrival, we were given a different room from what we booked. However, the receptionist addressed our concern politely and transferred us to our desired room. The kitchen had all the necessary tools and appliances. The staff were polite and accommodating, without any awkward stares. We plan to return in June 2024 at the request of my squad. This may not be the most beautiful we've been, but it's definitely the most comfortable and practical booking I've made.We especially love the connecting rooms, spacious bed, and you'll never run out of cabinets for your things hahaha they installed cabinets in every corner.

The trash was at the main entrance where we were waiting for our rides. But it wasn't smelly or messy but right next to us while we wait. Aside from that, nothing else.

The place is located in a good and safe spot ,close to restaurants and malls. The place itself is old but has a charming character and ambiance. The room we stayed in is spacious,clean and has all that we needed including free drinking water. The breakfast included in our stay is superb. The dinning hall is clean ,overlooking the pool.. More than the location, the staff are all welcoming, helpful and respectful. My family had a safe, comfortable and delightful stay in Adriatico Suites. I strongly suggest that the lock be upgrades or fixed..

Incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. Good spacious room that was clean. Air con was good but was a bit noisy when it was kicking on and off. The pool looked well maintained and clean although we didn't go in. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good choice. Good location, close to transport links but also good if you don't mind long, hot walks like us. Loads of food options in the area and a 7eleven just down the road. We had to extend a day because of a public holiday and the staff were very accommodating.

The poor fish in the tiny tanks by the bar area looked very unhappy. Our room had a bit of a grim view of another building so we kept the curtains shut the whole time which was a bit depressing. The kitchen wasn't very well equipped, just cutlery, a few plates and some cups, not really enough to cook anything despite there being a stovetop.
