Loved the warm welcome the staff gave us. They had some welcome drinks and a warm towel at the lobby upon checking in. The staff was cheerful and accommodating. The lobby waiting area is tastefully decorated. The cafe menu list is reasonably priced and had a broad selection. The suite itself was so large. It had a living room, and dining room, and a huge bathroom. The bed is comfy too. It's an overall relaxing stay for us.

The shower hot water takes a while to heat up so you gotta wait a minute or two while you keep it running. This isn't a deal-breaker though. No biggie. The location is not in central district Makati so you gotta need a ride if you plan on going malling or shopping. There is a nearby bar that's a bit noisy at night and you could hear it. This would be a bummer if you need quiet and a good night's rest.

The staff were very the best part. The kitchen staff especially were so kind and friendly!! Every single one of the staff members was very helpful and made me feel very safe and secure. Easily the best part of the hotel. My room was comfortable and clean and I felt like my privacy was respected.

The location wasn't really close to anything I was doing so that was a bit annoying especially bc getting around isn't cheap. Also the WiFi was down for a day which was not great.

The staff are great. Very kind, accommodating and understanding. I made a miscalculation with my order delivery time and it arrived earlier than my expectation causing them confusion but I never felt they blamed me for it. They were still warm and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and has bathtub. Even the bathroom is spacious. (Really spacious, I think you can fit 1 single bed inside it. ♥️) Blanket, pillows and towels were also comfortable. Outlet accommodates both 110 and 220. Breakfast area was also very comfortable and meals are good. I ordered their lasagna as room service and it was delicious. Rooms are also equiped with vault safe and refrigerator. The place is value for money and very comfortable. I'll stay here again.

Me and my sister stayed and then followed by my uncle and aunt. The room me and my sister got was nice but only have 1 outlet in the room most are in the bathroom. So water heater had to be brought to the bathroom to be used along with the tray because it is connected to the tray. Found 1 small hair inside the water heater as well. TV was also difficult to use as it has a cable signal box. But for the case of my aunt and uncle their's was easy to use. For the case of my uncle and aunt, they said that the shower head was lose is moving downward as you use it.

It’s a fair good hotel, good breakfast, nice staff and old classic well kept rooms. It was our 2nd time at the location and if we needed be, we won’t hesitate booking here again another time

The pool is fine, however not as good as other pools in other locations compared to the price. But we had no problem with it really.

it felt classy and cosy in a Japanese western style of sense. nice rooftop with good view of the city. sauna and pool area, with an okay fitness area.

it was about old, and you could feel and see the tear on the furniture and other appliances. also had a lot of problems with the wifi. you can hear everything outside, and sometimes the neighbours, but mainly quiet

Lovely people go out of their way to help even the security gaurd. Very helpful staff. loved my stay there and the food was good.. from the moment we arrived they just took care of us. Good example of how a hotel should be excellent.

Got a very spacey room at a great price. Nice rooftop with view and swimming pool.

I wish vegetarian options were advertised on the restaurant menu. I ordered a vegetable soup, but found meat in it. Should have asked specifically, but it was late and I didn't bother. Also wish they had buffet breakfast, but it was good regardless.

Nice breakfast included, beautiful room (I had a suite), staff was very nice and accommodating. TV and cable options were fantastic.

Swimming pool was under maintenance which I was not told until after I booked. Gym was half closed, robes provided were very worn and ratty, comforter and pillows not very comfortable.

i booked the suite. the rooms were big and spacious. all the staff were friendly and supportive.

internet really needs to improve. can hardly get connected. wish the kitchen can be open bit longer at least till midnight.

Room is very clean. Very big. Bed is very comfortable.AC is working very good.

need to improve WIFI facility. bit weak sometimes. Suggest to start buffet for all meal services.Guest will have choices to choose.
