The Hosts were very accommodating our original room was unavailable due to a breakdown of the Aircon, so we were immediately upgraded to a top floor spacious room that was very clean and so cool out of the city heat, They were extremely helpful in flagging down a tricycle outside the front of the condo for us in the afternoon so we could go to the local shops, later on in the evening they booked on their telephone a takeaway through Uber eats on our behalf and we paid them cash...In the morning we received a welcomed morning knock on our door for a delicious breakfast which was served out on the roof balcony, and before we had to leave they also booked us a Taxi for our early departure flight from the airport close by which is only 20 minutes to terminal 3...Thank you both for being so wonderful and friendly and helpful hosts we shall definitely be staying there again when we are in Manila. 👍😊

Really clean room and good breakfast. Friendly host - our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight but she still stayed up for us and sorted out our breakfast and taxi really early in the morning before our next flight. Convenient location, very close to the airport. We would absolutely recommend!

We booked it for a sleepover before our next flight. Place was decent and staff was attentive, quick at our middle of the night checkin.

Location is 8km from airport. Takes 25min. Booking.com location isn't correct.

Owner stayed until past midnight to check me in due to flight delay. Employee agreed to a 6 hour late check-out, at a very reasonable rate and was able to stay in the same room. Employee booked a grab taxi and stayed with me to ensure I was able to get back to the airport. On this stay, got a room that had a shower curtain, unlike my first stay & very unusual for a budget hotel in southeast Asia. Only problem was the shower curtain had black mildew water spots all over it, indicating it needed to be taken down and laundered. When I checked out, I informed Employee it needed to be laundered.

When I asked employee for directions to the nearest ATM, she gave me wrong information. I was skeptical that the closest one was so far away, I did a search on Google maps and found one only a 7 minute walk away.

Good size rooms with drinking water provided and simple breakfast. Netflx service is nice but would prefer some TV like CNN (even Phil version), BBC, etc. Mini-fridge, electric kettle and kitchen sink/countertop/cupboards are good to have. The rooftop breakfast area is nice with interesting views including watching airplanes come in for landing.

Towels are hard. Shower stall has a large water tub inside it so actual shower space is limited. Sink is half-size but workable. Toilet seat was really weird being only 3/4 the size of toilet bowl. Would prefer to have some cable TV channels over Netflix as people usually have their own subscription service (that or Amazon prime, etc.) . TV is on the smaller side but OK.

Every visit to this place confirms that it's a great choice. I had the same room as last time. Amongst all the great features, maybe just highlight the staff (attention to detail, helpful, flexible) and how simple check in can be. A good test for cleanliness of a room is the kettle: in this case spotless As soon as I have my next tickets to Manila, I'll book my next night there. We're talking about very large rooms.

I know what to expect, but you're literally seeing the planes landing from the roof terrace, so be prepared to hear that sound also in your room. But I didn't see it as a problem at all and rather saw it as backup system for my alarm clock as I had a early flight to catch.

The 2nd time staying at this condo and again very happy with our stay, Our room was cool and away from the city heat, a very comfortable bed ensured a good nights sleep. This year we had a ground floor level room that had a really nice kitchen area with a sink along with a good table and chairs, My new Filipina wife loved our room and we will definitely be staying here again in the future as this condo is so close to the airport and the hosts are very helpful in making your stay the best possible experience while in Manila…thank you again.

The double room was a good size with a large bed, a nice bathroom and a good efficient A/C. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the property is located in a quiet area with little noise or traffic. We were given access to a top floor terrace to eat breakfast and dinner which was very pleasant. This is an ideal property to stay in between flights and very relaxing.

Just a small point but very annoying, there was an outer steel door in front of the normal room access door. I had to hold this open to lock or unlock the room and I just cannot see the purpose of it. It made access to the room difficult.

The room was ready at 12.00 and clean and comfortable, for our one night stay, before flying out early next morning. To get around the fact there was nothing nearby we had a Grab meal delivered which was perfect. At 3am a staff member was waiting for us outside to book us a Grab taxi to the airport, and stayed with us until it arrived. Room 8/10 staff 10/10 Being close to the airport we left Manila stress free. It is what it is, be prepared to get food delivered if staying there for one night.

Convenient accomodation close to the airport for an overnight stay on my next day flight. For the price that I paid, I have no complaints and cannot ask for more.
