Location is very good, walking distance, just a few meters away from Robinson's Place Manila. Staffs are courteous, smiling, and accommodating, from the guard upon entering the hotel, the room attendants, housekeeping supervisor, manager, bellboys and front desk clerks are all friendly. Free hot and cold water. Room rates are at reasonable price and economical.

TV isn't clear. The building is old but well maintained.

well, Bedding under seems not been cleaned prior to us coming Hot water was good A/c is insiufficinet , but with this kind of weather So I requested a fan and it worked better , comfort wise Not a 5 star in my opinion but enough to be comfortable which worked best for my stay

The staff are friendly, the management is considerate about the requests of their guests, and I'm so thankful that they returned my advance payments for my cancelled booking. And definitely, I will choose this hotel again for my next visit to Manila.

the room is not very clean..

SECOND, ITS VERY CHEAP COMPARED TO OTHER HOTELS... THIRD AND THE LAST.. IT HAS A VERY ACCOMODATING STAFF,'S AND VERY HELPFULL AND MAKES YOU FEEL..THAT MANILA MANOR HOTEL IS ALSO YOUR HOME AWAY FROM HOME...

We were there due to the quarantine. AC was great, and the staff was EXCELLENT. ESPECIALLY Rica. That girl worked her tail off and did everything perfect no matter what she was assigned to do. She literally ran when she did things.! Great customer service from housekeeping, the cooks and the guards.

The place was run down. The owners haven’t put a peso into the property since they built it. The places needs new doors, trim, door locks, windows, AC units, TV’s (which were the size of PC monitors) and a complete new paint job inside and out. Love the Filipinos and the country, but I have to say, they’re TERRIBLE when it comes to keeping up their property’s.! A fire alarm pull station was hanging off the wall on our floor. Just a run down old hotel totally neglected by the owners.

We liked the airconditioner and the cable TV. We also liked its location.

The room rate is quite expensive. We also didn't like that the room is not sound proof and there's no proper ventilation inside the restroom. Lastly, the wi-fi is very bad.

The Place is quitely old yet still in good condition, clean and well maintained. Affordable price as well.thank you

Room - old type but it was okay and good to stay. location - good near to Robinson and other party life style.

the problem I encountered was the toilet wasn't good enough and the elevator was too small and a bit scary hehehe.

The staff was very accomodating, you can always lean on them. EVERY MORNING, NEED NOT TO CALL THE FRONTDESK for CLEANING, bedmakers are on the go. The facility is not new since its an old hotel, but ambiance was good and very clean. LOCATION was perfect too. Price is very cheap compare to other hotels. Really love the spproachzble staff
