Location was optimal - right in front of the BGC High Street, a museum and park behind. Room view - phenomenal because we were facing the High street area. Further back you could see Laguna de Bay. Breakfast buffet was nice - generally have all common breakfast dishes available. Lots of food choices nearby in walking distance - steakhouses, Chinese, Japanese, buffets, snacks. Lots of shopping stores, from clothing to bags to plants, as well as the mall and cinema nearby are open. They have separate bath tubs and showers! Spacious rooms. They have a friendly staff, like hospitality is very much so present in almost all that I had interacted with. Everyone had a smize or were quite polite when interacting with my fellow guests. Efficient room service via QR Code in your room, as it will redirect u to their service portal where you can place your needs in a few clicks (food, room service/cleaning/additional amenities)

The bathrooms didn't have any bidet, only select floors and rooms had these essentials. Affiliated food restaurants can take too long to serve (got seated 10 minutes before our official booking time, pre-ordered already with the restaurant, but in 45 minutes only 2 dimsums of our order was served. After nearly 1 hour, did our other orders arrive.) Spa service was unavailable.

Spacious and well designed room with windows from ceiling to floow. Great view across the Bonifacio High Street area. Extremely comfortable bed. Breakfast with a wide variety of dishes across almost all kitchens across the Asia-Pacific region, as well as Europe and US style.

The carpet in my room (2606) had some stains that had stubbornly refused to be removed and were obviously due to the carelessness of previous guests. The scenting of the hotel corridors and the rooms seemed somewhat peculiar to me, rather slightly musty than fresh and flowery as one would expect.

Lovely property and super location. Nice breakfast buffet with excellent selection. Also ordered room service and it was prompt and tasty.

Considering it is a 5 star hotel in Asia the bathroom didn’t have a bidet, nor was there a coffee maker in the room. Lastly, they didn’t have nightly turn down service to at least refresh the towels and amenities. I’m well travel for my work and nearly all premium hotels cover these items.

I want to thank the concierge staff for going out of his way in helping me rebook my ticket with Singapore Airlines. Also many thanks to the Manager and his front desk staff for helping me retrieve my belongings that were left inside the safe. They acted so quickly and efficiently. The restaurants are also very good: Samba, Canton Road and High Street cafe. The nice relaxing ambience, the quality of food and drinks and service were all very good. Again Thank you!

staff was great but the high street cafe staff during buffet breakfast was overwhelmed. I asked for a coffee and onl half the number came needed to ask another staff to get the rest of my order. had to also move used plates my self to a different table to clean our table. security handling. the lobby flow of cars were also rude too our drivers. staff at the room area , pool area were amazing.

I was accommodated for a very early check-in. Complimentary parking was also given to me and a friend. Room was clean and had sufficient bottled water for me and my guest. Front desk staff was very obliging and courteous. Location is very convenient in central BGC.

In room dining choices were a bit limited but understandable due to the pandemic. Would have been nice to have healthier choices for food though, especially in the mornings. It's true that there are other locations in the area which could offer healthier choices but it would be more convenient for someone who wants to just stay inside the room.

The in-room breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic and the room was very cozy. Hotel rates in Manila has always been a bit on the high side so I cannot really complaint over the high room rates but this is probably the best hotel in Manila.

The main restaurant is still closed and it was difficult to get seats in the 3 other restaurants at the hotel without prior booking. Perhaps it is time to reopen?
