The property was 5 minutes from the Runway at T3 & I booked because I had a 02.45 flight. The area of Newport Resorts is very safe & clean, & despite being 1 road away from very heavy traffic is was remarkably quiet. I stayed 2 nights & enjoyed 4 hours around the pool feeling I was anywhere & not adjacent to an airport terminal/ the skyway. The bed was comfortable, with multiple different height pillows. I enjoyed being independent rather than in an hotel aware of housekeeping wanting to access. The sound proofing was good @ I liked that many neighbours were living there.

It was a bit dated, there was no natural light (curtains drawn & blacked out windows), some toilet roll would have been nice as well as a tea towel for kitchen dishes & I didn’t manage a warm shower on any day. But overall I am glad I chose this location & I enjoyed my time there. Note; I used Grab for car journeys & wish I had checked their price for journey from T2 to apartment… it is P240 vs the P500 charged by the accommodation.

Located close to the airport in a complex of apartments with a 24 hour concierge. No issues with check-in. Only had to wait 5 min. Apartment was big clean and comfortable and everything worked well. The concierge arranged a Grab taxi to take me to the airport. There are lots of restaurants around with something for everybody and the area is safe to walk around. Great spot for an overnight when flying in or out. Also not too far from the victory bus terminal.. 200 pesos by tricycle or 300 pesos by cab

On the 6th floor, the curtains could have been better to block out more light but this is minor... eyeshade fixed it

Close to the airport. You can walk from runway to the property and will take approximately 10 minutes. Big and comfortable bed to sleep in, aircon worked well to keep the room cool. Very secure building. You can find many restaurants and shops around the area. It was great to walk to the airport in 10 minutes in the morning and not to worry about traffic.

It was little difficult to find the place as it was run through privately. Went to a building then walked to across to street to get to the exact location. Wifi cut off regularly and hot water didn’t work.

The host was very accommodating to our needs. I flew from Amsterdam to meet my now fiancée. The facilities were great for the price and we had everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The condo was a short walk from Terminal 3 of NAIA and it's located very conveniently on the south wing with convenience Stores and side walk stalls and is another short walk to the New Port Mall which has many other facilities. I would recommend it again. For the price of a 3 week stay along with items for cooking and a small stove top, it suited our needs well.

The location is great for the airport. We walked via the 'runway' to the condotel. Very easy and a 10min walk. The apartments are clean and spacious with catering equipment if you want it. The building is very secure and the pool was nice although not the one shown in the photo. .

It's quite difficult to find the actual building. It is not called Tess and Tessha but look for 101 North wing or east wing. South wing is across the road.

I had 2 reservations, the first night just for me and the second night along with some friends that arrived the day after me. They took the initiative to provide me already with flat that was going to be available for 2 nights. This make me avoid to check out and check in again. The flat was neat and clean and was having already the beds for me and all my friends from night 1. Opposite to Nihoy Aquino. Top notch.

The property was great—very clean and tidy, with free water, shampoo, toothbrushes, etc. The location was excellent for us too. The owner was very friendly and kind. He helped us with the check-in, and the checkout was super easy. He also mentioned a nice big pool downstairs in the building—wish we had more time to check it out! I’d definitely recommend this place to everyone for a comfortable stay. Thank you!

traffic. i can hear them even though our apartment was at the 4th floor but also probably because of the busy night life and out room is facing the main rd as well. but the view is okey.

Everything was very nice. Modern and clean. Lots of space.

I followed all the instructions, messaged the owner on Booking as awell as on WhatsApp about our arrival time and we still ended up waiting almost 30mins! for the person to come and check us in with the building reception so we could go to our apartment. That's the last thing you wanna do after long journey. Please think about it next time.

The hotel doesn't own shuttle itself. I kept email them regarding my arrival and theres no response at all. My phone is not a local one so I have to message my parent to call the number listed on the website. The driver told me that they dont monitor the email. I waited too long to pick me up and I am grateful that they arrived and dropped me off to the hotel. Everything is great!
