When my husband booked this inn, I read some reviews on Google and Booking.com. I told my husband we should not expect too much, especially with the water flow. But when we arrived at the hotel, it exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and well-lit. The bathroom was clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The Wi-Fi and cable TV were both working well. The location was very convenient, too. We were able to walk to have dinner just around the corner. There's no parking lot, but you can ask to reserve one along the road. The staff was very approachable and polite. It's a 10 for me and my family.

We love the staff; they were very friendly and helpful. the room is very spacious. clean and cozy. the best thing i love the most is the 2 separate bathrooms. I would definitely come back and recommend to our friends and family.

Everything is great i dont have any complain at all. The only thing i noticed ( w/c is not that important) is the exhaust in the bathroom other than that everything is awesome.

The location is not the best. Everything else is great for the price, the staff is extremely helpful and accomodating. This hotel however was one of the best choices we've taken during our trip and are likely to book again in the case we'd like to visit the area.

Most of the tourists will book here because of it's proximity for zoobic safari and aqua - those are quite expensive locations so be prepared financially for those. Regarding the hotel - the space for working was quite small so we worked from bed. Nothing else to dislike.

The staff were very accommodating. I liked that the room is spacious enough and the bed is really comfy. Beacuse it was really hot outside, it's such a huge plus to have a room with good air-conditioning. About the location, there are so many establishments around the inn and it's pretty near Subic Bay Freeport Zone too.

We wanted a location in the heart of town. We know the area and wanted to stay on Magsaysay. in other words we wanted a safe, clean, comfortable place to stay and knew that the facilities were not a resort, and not a new western style accommodation. it was perfect for our purposes.

The first thing you smell when you get to the top of the stairs is the ashtray at the end of the hall where people smoke out the window.

We found it very sulit for a budget friendly hotel. For its price point, the room were spacious plus each has a heater which we didn’t expect. Parking space is along the street but we had an easy time to park since there were people in the streets that would assist you. No fees for the street parking but just give tips to those who assisted :) Another thing is the location; it’s just outside Subic Freeport Bay near SM Olongapo.

Nothing much really since our expectations were managed for the price we paid. One thing though is that we hear those people in the upper floor when they’re talking loud, but that’s not really an issue for us since we spent most of our time outside the inn to travel.

The room is very clean, the staff are so friendly . The kids they don't like to go out because the room is very comfortable.

Wifi is to slow and they don't have slipper.

I like the fact that the staff are very welcoming and courteous towards their guests. And for the price,it's super worth it, I got free breakfast during my 3-day stay, free water and you can easily check in whenever you like. Dont hesitate to check in now!

The floor is not maintainly cleaned.

Excellent hotel staff with full intent to serve the guests. Ms.Dory was very helpful. Being it coffee/water at reception or surprise breakfast in morning.

Rooms are not sound proof and you can easily hear noise if some one knock at neighbour's room.

Clean, Cozy

so far everyone is okay, except for the plumbing, sink plumbing wasn’t connected to water drainage, so water was flowing out of the pipe on the floor. Also staff was asked to knock on our door when breakfast is available, but that was not done. it’s been like that for a while now…
