Very accomosating staff, really. Organized a tour to Whale Shark watching, helped with all questions. When I left my laptop charger at the hotel, they delivered it to Moalboal for free on the same day I asked. Nice location, about 10 minutes by car from Whale Shark watching place. Nice view and scenery.

Everything was fine. But this place is good for 1-2 days staying to watch shark and waterfalls. I think there are no other interesting places or activities here, so you may get bored of staying here longer. Also there is rather shallow coast, may be uncomfortable for swimming and snorkeling. A little bit costly in my opinion.

It's a nice place to stay. A good choice. Food was really good. Better than in restaurants. Worth the price. Staffs were accomodating and friendly. Helped us for our whale shark watching. We went twice and we had the same driver/guide. His name is Dennis. He was a good man and trustworthy. We left our bag to him when we did the whale shark watching and was guiding us in everything. Next time we will visit Oslob, we will stay here again and want Dennis as same driver/guide in whale shark watching if possible. We highly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Oslob. Location is not far from whale shark watching and not far from town. Thank you for the good service.

Comfortable, great location, amazing staff. Great to have returned once again after 5 years. Brilliant place to stay if you are visiting the whale sharks in Oslob. You won't find better staff anywhere in the Philippines....terrific!

Private beach is at the facility itself, The staff are friendly and would be happy to chat with you and do reminder calls etc. Facilities are clean and comfortable to use.

Slightly further away from town then I would like - but nothing can't be solved by a quick tricycle ride. Entire bathroom floor feels sticky for some reason. Might need to change the floor cleaner used or change up the ratio water when cleaning.

I can not fault this Resort. It was amazing. The staff were super friendly and they helped with organising tours and transport wherever we wanted to go. Location was great, 15 minutes from Whale Sharks, 5 minutes from Monkey Viewing, and if you want to go to Moalboal the resort will organise a private car to take you there and back for the day. I even had the resort organise to pick me up from Cebu Airport as soon as we landed and brought to the resort in Oslob. I will without a doubt book this place again.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they made our stay more enjoyable and they made us feel welcome. We don't even need to go out and look for a restaurant because the food that they serve there is very good! Would definitely come back again. Best staff ever! 10/10 thank you so much.

The hotel is a bit far from the city which took us 5 hours to go to the hotel. we took the bus which is fairly cheap (285 PHP) , which is still a good thing. But overall, I couldn't complain much as there is a lot of transport everywhere and the hotel will also offer you a shuttle to go back to the city (not free) so it's less hustle and less worrying for you. Nothing to complain really except that 5 hour journey but it's all worth it. 😉☺️

Large rooms with comfortable beds and on suite bathrooms. The rooms were clean and well looked after. The view from each room shows the ocean. The staff were exceptional and friendly, they went out of their way to ensure that each guest felt comfortable and had what they needed. The manager put in extra time & attention to train the new staff members. The restuarants food was of a high standard, the variety was great and family members were able to share meals which makes it great to try new things or work on a budget. The resort offers activities that can be booked from the reception area or before arrival and the location is ideal for travellers as it is not far from some of the tourist attractions. The resort is close enough to use for the Oslob whale shark encounters, Sumilon Island tours and Tumalog falls. There are also other means of public transport just outside of the resort, for travellers who want to use bicycles, busses or tuktuk bicycles for exploring the island.

The staff were very helpful and lovely to me! They always checked on me, helped me get a transportation and always gave me the best option about my day trips and it's price. My room was very spacious, the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was clean.

The only thing that bothered me was the noise of the street. But it was also just a bad timing for me since they repaired the street during my stay. After the repair it got more quiet since the street is not bumpy anymore

During our vacation, we stayed here for four nights, and I must say that the staff was wonderful and hospitable. They looked after us well, gave us suggestions for things to do, and coordinated everything—including our transportation and a picnic lunch for our excursions! The resort is located close to places where there are activities. Though Miss Marie, the charming manager of DownSouth, arranged for my friend and me to spend one of our favourite days of activity in Moalboal, which was two hours away, where we spent the day swimming with sardines and snorkelling with turtles! then spent the rest of the day canyoneering at Kawasan Falls. Definitely a must! Our trip was wonderful all around! The excellent staff took great care of us. The resort itself was a lovely location to relax and do paddle boarding, and there was a tonne of good food options! 😋🤩🐠🐳🥳✨ Absolutely enjoyed and appriciated everything, however, I would recommend having more vegetable options on the menu 😊

My partner and I absolutely adored this place! We loved this small resort and loved the location. Staff were all fantastic. Very helpful, kind and always had a smile on their face. Nice little beach style resort. Not tacky at all like we’d experienced elsewhere. Food was great and priced well. Definitely recommend the fruit smoothies!

Tv reception kept lagging and pausing and a little bar fridge would make this place perfect. Other than that… that’s it! everything else was amazing!
