I had a budget room on the 2nd floor facing the ocean. The size was fine for a solo traveler. I had a view of the pool and dining area which extended on to the ocean. The room faces east so it is light in the morning, shaded and comfortable during the day. The ocean view was very good and the ocean breeze on the property was nice. There are two pools which were nicely designed and very well maintained. The pool was cleaned several times a day. Easy access to the water at a small beach area for swimming or snorkeling but there is no sand and not much to see.

The only thing I didn't like was the road noise but this is not the fault of the property. The road noise within the rooms is significant and you will have to keep your bathroom door closed. The sound of the surf mostly covered the noise in the common area.

The minute we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff... Chito was fantastic and very accommodating to all our queries and requests. The entire staff were extremely friendly and happy and helpful and attended to small issues promptly. The pools were very clean as were all the facilities. Great location. Restaurant was sufficient to our needs and was very reasonably priced and food came to our table hot and fresh.

Points to Note: No kettle in room - hot water was provided downstairs in lobby Aircon not very cold was very warm during the night. No daily housekeeping No acceptance of credit/debit cards These did not detract our stays experience and would still visit again

The staff provided excellent customer service! The location was great - on the water & very near activities. Delicious food & full breakfast included in price in our package. The entire establishment was very clean. Views from the restaurant & most rooms are beautiful. We were there with kids so we chose the poolside rooms - very convenient & surprisingly quiet in our rooms despite being next to the pool. This hotel is a great value! Also, they provided free accommodation for our driver which was very much appreciated!!! It’s like them to be so very considerate. Salamat!

Great service. Fantastic staff who were very polite and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They have a service where they have partnered with a trike driver who will take you to the whale shark tour and guide you. Our driver Gomar was fantastic and made the entire experience very enjoyable. Great view from the restaurant area - we managed to catch the sunrise and it was beautiful. They also help you catch the ceres bus back if required.

Dinner menu and quality of the food could be better. In particular there weren't many vegetarian options for me.

Convenient place to stay in in Oslob. We booked this hotel resort for 2 nights which is 30 minutes away from the whale watching area. Our room was a bit tight for 3 beds but definitely comfortable. There was a window AC which was adequate but it could have been better. It comes with toothbrushes and shampoos for 6 people. The bathroom is separate from the shower room. Hot water in the shower was great. We requested a kettle in the room but they said they don't allow this in rooms and offered to provide hot water in a cup if needed, available in the restaurant area. They are strict with stains in their linens which their orient you with as soon as you check-in on the front desk. Our room was in the ground floor right in front of the infinity pool with the jacuzzis. I love it! The pool and all areas in this place is clean and well maintained by the staff who constantly go around and greet you with a smile. The guard on duty during our stay, kuya Edic even went to help us with bringing the laundry to the laundry shop and back. Their staff are amazing. Their restaurant is right in front of the sea with 2 piers that light up at night where you could also dine. The food is ok. I think there are other places that serve better food but we didn't try eating outside because we have little ones and the restaurant is very convenient since we also swam at night. My kids enjoyed the pool very much, they swam in the morning, after noon and evening. Overall, I would definitely stay in this place again and I highly recommend it. Just make sure to always keep an eye on your little ones.

Be sure to bring insect repellent as there is a good amount of mosquito morning and night. The only con is that they have this overflow near the infinity pool that could be dangerous to fall into for someone who doesn't pay attention. The railings that keep you from falling from the shore are a bit low and it is very easy for kids to get over it and fall.

1. Staff were so so accommodating and friendly. They actually care and aren’t those kind of money minded people. They waited up for us to check us in at like 10pm and even provided packed breakfast the next day because we left at 5am! Seriously the best service we’ve experienced in the Philippines so far 2. Beds and blankets were so comfy! double pillows! 3. Super 100% value for money.

staff are friendly, the view is also very nice specially during sun rise.

Kitchen is under staff, you need to wait for more than 1 hr for the kitchen to serve your food and more than 1 hr if there is a big group order earlier than you. so if you want to eat dinner make sure you order in advance or start to order at 3pm. same with the breakfast, place your order night before. BY the way, food has limited selection and there is no generator.

Been in the philippines for a few weeks now and this was the best place I have stayed so far. really clean and nice room, the staff were all so lovely and the food was also very good, went out to eat twice in the town and the food at the hotel was much better. Overall can't say a bad word about our stay. 100% recommend.

the resort was an excellent place for a family to stay,,the 2 pools the kids loved,the atmosphere was very chilled.and at night time the place was so quiet...the staff were great any request you had they would try their best to fulfill it.food was good.i would def go back again

internet could have been better.but really it is like that anywhere,,so not a big issue.

Beautiful location right on the water. The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The restaurant had a lot of options for food. We were staying only one night for the tours in Oslob, but the rooms were clean and had plenty of space.

The location was kinda far from town, but the staff was helpful if you needed anything. Someone had a dog under us that was barking kinda loud at night but the people quieted it down.
